So happy I hired EP Movers!!!
When planning, I initially scheduled to have the movers arrive between 4-5PM, taking a chance as I didn't know when my POD was supposed to be delivered. A few days later, I found out the POD was going to be delivered from anywhere between 2:30-5:30PM. I called EP Movers the day of and asked if we could push time back and it was no problem. The POD was then delivered around 4PM and I called again saying the POD was ready and the movers showed up within the hour. They didn't have to accommodate my schedule, but they did and it made all the difference!
In regards to the movers, I had a 16' container worth of stuff to unload into an apartment on the second floor. The movers knocked it out within an hour and a half and they were super professional and efficient!
I will definitely be using EP Movers for my next move.

What a great delivery driver we had, as well as the unloaders were very proficient.
My only issue was the first pod even though we paid by text with their message-they continued to text both myself and my spouse. I ended up calling the 800 number and Mia closed out for us, but we continued to be texted (9) times in total. We even got a text from Hector at 4pm, so I called again and just so happened to get Hector...asked why we were continuing to be bothered-he was very quiet and did not have a answer

Both were super professional. Arrived and worked hard every minute they were there. They were masters at the Tetris of loading the truck so everything fits. I was beyond impressed and grateful. Highly recommend.

Great guys they helped put the couches back together put things in the rooms we requested and were really fast, I would definitely use them again.

They made due with what they had. Unfortunately they could not handle the weight of most of the furniture I had. For the things they couldn’t handle, I have scrapes and marks on furniture and walls of my new house. But still very appreciative for the help. I suggest moving slower with efficiency rather than rushing to get the job done and making mistakes.
