Gabriel and his team were great, they were easily able to work around a time that worked for us since we didn't find out our POd was supposed to be delivered until after the time they were booked for. When they got here they immediately got to work and worked quickly while respecting our belongings and packed them in a very professional manner. I would absolutely recommend using them for any moves.
Something to note, and this was on my end, is I didn't pay attention and read that they didn't have boxes or tape, so I had to run out and get that stuff so keep that in mind, but like I said that was completely my fault.

There was a problem (not the movers fault) related to email communication between the company and the movers. He was not aware of the move. After I called he came as quickly as possible, but the move was delayed by nearly 2 hrs. Since the closing on my house was this afternoon, this could have been a critical problem. Fortunately the closer was flexible and it worked out. Bottom line; this shouldn’t happen.
As for the movers themselves, they were excellent in every way.

They were between 1 hour 40 minutes late to 2 hours 40 minutes late based on the 1 hour window allotted.
They arrived unprepared with no proper appliance dolly or appliance straps (they agreed straps were much better but they kept losing them or they were stolen). Poorly prepared !
Careless and sloppy workers that seem to lack moving experience.
They were not respectful of my personal property or my home. In fact I will have to have some walls repainted and touched up. I’d say it will cost me between $300-$400 to fix the damages to my walls.
I had to dispute my bill because of issues we had with them being so late. I ended up on a 3-way call with a Hire a Helper customer service representative and Gabriel (lead crew manager). Gabriel blatantly lied by trying to convince all parties involved that he may be late and seemed to think that justifies that being late was ok, when in fact he was late no matter how you look at it.
Arguing with the customer while being recorded never turns out well
I would never hire or recommend them for any future moves. In fact the whole crew should seek alternative employment.
Hire a Helper should consider terminating any agreements or contracts to employ these individuals in the future

Hired these guys remotely to unload our 15' U-Haul truck at a self storage.
We moved from Arizona to Texas and they were accommodating to our needs and specifications. In contrast to our Arizona movers, who showed up 45 minutes late and smelling like weed, E.P. Movers (Texas) were both polite and professional. They know how to make the most of your time and don't mess around.
I do recommend them!! They're fast, friendly, and economically priced.

The crew did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. They were professional, mindful with all of my belongings, and courteous. My only concern was that the original appointment time I had scheduled was changed, not by my request. My moving window was pushed back four hours and this made it very challenging to keep on schedule for the remainder of the day. But once they did arrive at the revised time, they were tired and got the job done. I would definitely recommend.
