The provider arrived within the scheduled time. He and his helper was ready to work as soon as they stepped into the house. They worked very hard with getting my heavy items down stairs without damaging the items nor the walls. I was VERY impressed with their professionalism and knowledge in moving my items. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

The movers arrived on time and worked hard to load my POD. They were efficient and had it loaded in 1.5 hours and did a good job of packing my things in so they would travel well. However, when the POD was unloaded I learned they hadn't pack part of my bed so I was not able to reassemble it. I had checked my rooms and around the POD before I left and didn't see anything so I'm not sure what happened to the pieces since they unassembled the bed and loaded it into the POD. They also asked to use my bathroom. I understand that bodily functions need to be taken care of but as a single female it made me uncomfortable to have two strange guys using my bathroom.

The movers were good. Even though, they were 1/2 hour late, they finished the job on time. I'd use them again.

Isaac and Dee of Efficient Helpers were awesome. They showed up on time and worked their butts off to load a 3 BR apartment into a 20" truck and unload into a storage unit, all within 5 hours, which was 2 hours over my poor estimate of ~3 hours (they were flexible and stayed longer to finish they job). They were professional, experienced, and a pleasure to have on the job. Couldn't have completed the move without them.

I would say they are between a three and a four. They accomplished the most important goal, which was to move everything without damages. The guy running the show did a nice job and was very professional, but the others spent a lot of time standing around. For instance, if something required two people to move, they would often wait by it until someone could help, rather than work on something else (we had plenty of small boxes and other items that could have been moved). Also, on a number of occasions I noticed one of the guys standing and watching. I know moving is hard work and it really wouldn't bother me, except we were paying by the hour. All in all, loading 2 bedrooms into a 16 foot truck and moving it a mile took a little over five hours.

They were delayed getting to our job because a previous job ran long but they communicated this with us in a timely manner and kept us updated on when they would arrive. They then completed our job in a timely and professional manner. I would use them again.
