Isaac Sr and Jr helped move me into my apartment. There isn't an elevator in my building so we were worried about getting the stuff upstairs without damaging it. Both men were polite and helpful. They carried everything we need them to in under two hours without damaging anything. I would definitely use them again!

The team showed up on time and worked very hard to empty 2 8x8x20' storage pods in a timely and very efficient manner. They were working against the clock to have them ready to be picked up by the Pod Container drivers... They were very careful with our contents... Got our systems quickly and worked without complaint for 6 hours steadily stopped for one short break at my insistence... Rearranged my storage locker to be able to efficiently hold more items as needed. I would totally use their services again! They were professional, courteous, timely and efficient.

The movers were late, about 25 minutes late. They worked quickly, but slightly less than careful with my belongings. A few things got dropped from the truck to the elevator, and one item was broken. Overall, they were okay, seemed to be more concerned about getting the job done quickly than anything else. A little more care to my items and I would have been completely satisfied.

The 2 young men called to say they were on their way and would be about 10 minutes late (Chicago traffic is the worst). The leader was terrific and he gave his assistant very clear instructions. They were careful with our stuff and expertly loaded our rental truck so it was tight and secure.

The helpers worked very quickly and did a great job packing my truck. A few of our items were scratched a bit in the process but no major damages were made. In 2 hours time, they packed a full 16 foot truck with the help of myself and a friend. I'd highly recommend using the helpers! Definitely worth the money!
