The guys were ok at first, did spend much time on his cell phone not doing his work, ran out of steam at the end, told us that they had to leave do to family matters and they were booked for another job. There were a few boxes left on the truck which they could not unload for us.

Highly recommend. This is the second time using this company. Helpers were professional. Got my boxes moved, beds moved and assembled. To include my Sleep Number 5000 Split King bed which had a lot of parts. If you need an extra pair of hands to do the heaving lifting, this is the company' to use. Hands down. We moved from VA to AZ using a 16' container from PackRat. Again this was our second move using them. Another company I would recommend, if using this method to move household goods.

Half of the movers never showed up. I provided furniture pads and a ton of blankets, most of which they chose not to use. I also requested for them to wrap my furniture, which once I unloaded the truck realized they did not do. I do not recommend them, they have completely ruined my furniture. My bed, one dresser, two nightstands, my couch.....all a complete and total loss. I don't know why they were so negligent but I will be pursuing legal action against them. Do not use them unless you do not care about your stuff.
You hired 4 men we are sorry only had 2 this day but we loaded your truck in the same time frame.
As for the damage we accepted responsibility even though you were fully aware of the risk due to the lack of pads and we have paid

The crew arrived on time and were very careful unloading and placing all items from the moving POD.

This crew was amazing. The got all our stuff out of the POD in under two hours and placed it all where we wanted it. I even had the guy move a big dresser a few times to different locations and he never complained once. Seem very happy to accommodate me. I would definately use them again if I needed movers.

Second Time using Copperstate Moving. I WOULD HIGHL;Y RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!! Not only where they prompt, but extremely courteous and took as much care of our boxes as they did our furniture!!! NEVER ONCE DIDS I HEAR A COMPLAINT OR PROBLEM WITH ANY REQUESTS WE HAD!!!! RECOMMEND!!! RECOMMEND!!! RECOMMEND!!!! You can not go wrong with these guys!!! Thanks again guys!!!

They were on time with the tools ready to work, introduced themselves, went over the charges, did a walk through and were unloading a 16 foot Penske truck within minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes later everything was in a second level apartment. Great crew to work with. I highly recommend their services.
