(BBB Accredited) We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, even on all major holidays. We offer Moving support, Product delivery, Assembly, Packing/Unpacking. Any items you no longer have use for will be taken away and donated to local charities at no additional fee. 2 man crew Available on Sundays and Mondays Only other days 1 man only. We typically arrive in a 24ft box truck that is not part of our hire a helper service but can be used if needed for no additional cost.

Rent-a-Friend Labor service was very friendly and professional. They worked with me and my ever changing schedule of closing dates. The workers were very prepared for the job and worked very quickly to get everything done. Most of my stuff was taken very good care of. My brand new matress ended up with black dirt stains across one end of it and a few things that were flimsy didn't make the trip. However, most things were handled with care. I would definately use this company again.

Unbelievable job. What I took 6 hours to load, they unloaded in 45 minutes in a professional manner. They recognized that I paid for 2 hours, so they insisted (not offered, they INSISTED) on staying at least another hour to help put furniture together and move it around. Had their own tools, had their own moving truck and trailer just in case. Professional, kind, courteous, and enjoyable attitudes. Will be my only moving company from here on out in Phoenix area.

The movers from Rent-a-Friend provided wonderful service. They had given us an arrival time frame of 11am-12pm. They were here at 11am on the dot, and had called early to let us know they could be at our home that early. They were quick, efficient, and very polite.
They handled everything professionally and with care to our personal belongings. I was greatly impressed with all the supplies they brought to help the move (from a 3-bedroom 1-story condo to a 2-bedroom 3-story apartment). They supplied blankets, dollies, shrink wrap, etc. Furthermore, they finished everything on time within our planned allotted time.
I was so thankful for finding them on Hire-a-Helper. They made my move so much easier! I would recommend them to anyone and definitely would hire them again!

I am downsizing and needed 27large plastic storage containers, un- assembled cabinets and a few boxes moved from my garage to the back patio where I have more room to go through everything. John and his assistant arrived on time, were friendly and polite and got right to work. Both guys made great suggestions about where to put them, how high to stack and where to put the boxed cabinets so I wouldn't stumble over them. They knocked that part of the job out in record time then I turned them loose on my shed. It was stuffed full of boxes and all sorts of things I had forgotten about. They moved the boxes to the patio, swept the shed, hung up my yard tools and moved items for the junk yard out of the way for me. They also helped sort through some of the 'stuff' I had accumulated over the years. I loved how fast John and his buddy (cannot remember his name) worked, how considerate they were and their willingness to do anything I could think of. I wish I had known about John a couple of years ago when I first started my downsizing project. He would have saved me alot of time and sore muscles! I highly recommend John and will be telling everyone I know about him.
