These are the movers you want to hire! Just a great experience--fast (i.e., hard working), efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my furniture. Yes, they were on time. They phoned ahead and said they would be arriving in time to start at 1:30. And, indeed, they arrived at 1:20 to get the lay of the land and start promptly at 1:30. I booked more time than needed; they are that efficient. When done, they asked is there anything else they could do and I wasn't prepared for moving anything else. I would definitely book them again--and have already. I am filling a POD (in phases) in preparation to stage and sell my home. They will be coming back for the second phase of moving stuff into my POD. I haven't moved for 18 years, and my last move was a corporate move--I didn't have to do a thing. I went with Maybaum Movers LLC over others recommended, because of their great reviews and I was not disappointed. Believe the reviews. A great experience.

They were great! They were fast, friendly, and took excellent care of my stuff. They did a great job packing the rental truck; my stuff arrived intact. I definitely recommend them.

They damaged several pieces of my furniture and struggled to handle the move. Both myself and two other people had to assist in many situations to avoid them from hurting themselves or further damaging the walls or furniture.
I need to file a claim for these damages.

They arrived 30 minutes after the 1 hour window they gave us. Also there was definitely a breakdown in communication as we had to pester then for updates.
Also, we had scheduled 2 people for 2 hours - there ended up being 3 people and took them less than an hour... thankfully we weren't charged additional for the extra person.
Generally furniture was moved without incident. However, I had bought a high quality mattress bag (spent about $25) knowing we'll be moving a few times in the next few years and ended up having to trash it after this first move because the crew decided to cut the bag rendering it useless for transporting another mattress we had planned in a few weeks plus all the future moves. I really hate how wasteful moving can be so was trying to buy quality to minimize the waste generated.... guess I learned my lesson.

Fantastic! Wanted to come early but understood when we said we couldn't have them early. They were on time, super ready for the job (even having tools to assemble furniture when we hadn't noted any furniture assembly!), worked really hard, and always made sure to take items from my family when we were carrying things to try to help. They were very respectful and pleasant to talk to in general as well! They brought 3 people when we booked 2 and finished after just a little over an hour. Would very much recommend Maybaum to anyone! Thank you so so much for making an already stressful move that much less stressful!

We had a great experience with Daryl! They showed up on time and started helping us unload right away. They brought extra furniture carts which were extremely helpful since we only had one dolly and were very careful with our things which we really appreciated. They were both friendly and respectful and very enjoyable to work with. We would recommend them to anyone!
