The crew can be at your address at the time that you requested (which was 4-5 p.m.) but we cannot make you show up. I've offered for the crew to compensate the customer for the dryer but, for whatever reason, she still has not sent me an estimate. I don't know what else to do? I tell all of our customers that they really need to get lots of rental blankets because we use them to heavily pad the furniture & other items which prevents it from being damaged in-transit.
