On time, all three were respectful and courteous. Maurice was excellent handling his crew and organizing the packing. Very efficient with their time and finished quickly while taking care with my belongings and furniture. Looking forward to having them back for the unload

God Honest review.
I have used them once before and that was definitely a 5 star experience. I even gave the workers fruits trays, bottles of water and energy drinks, along with a handsome tip FOR EACH of them; and I even helped them with the process myself as the customer!!!
So I hired them again when I bought my house just recently…
Beware of their policies!!!!!!!!
They DO NOT refund you for unused hours you prepaid…
I paid for 3 hours… the workers were done in less than 45 min… 300$ … RIDICULOUS!
I am so mad but there’s nothing to be done because that is their policy. It feels like I was ripped off even while being a returning customer.
Unfortunately, I will never be using them again and I recommend against using them. There are other mover companies out there with less ridiculous policies. I only used them again because it was pleasant in the past.
If you do hire them, pay them by the hour. Don't pre-pay a certain amount. That way you can pull one over on them instead of them ripping you off.
Also, this time around, the point of contact was a bit unresponsive. I was trying to call them to inform them of critical changes and I never got a response. Emailed and left a voice msg.
I don’t know WHAT they were thinking this time around. They definitely lost me as a customer and I can’t help but feeling disappointed.
The workers though were very polite and professional. Respecting my house and working carefully with my furniture.
