We scheduled our movers for 3pm to 5pm to help unload an out of town 26 foot truck at a storage unit. My family didn't arrive until 4:36 and had an additional 15 foot truck. We asked if they could stay another hour and they agreed without any attitude. It was 29 degrees F and light drizzle. They worked so quickly and we got the 26 footer done in 1 hour 30 minutes. Then asked if they could help with the 2nd one and again, no attitude at all! Got it done in 45 minutes.
They were so friendly and amazing. Stacked everything like they'd been doing it for years. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again!!

When the truck was unloaded, by SML, contractors, a number of items were found broken, furniture damage and scratched, and we were told it was the worst truck packing they’ve ever seen. it added a number of hours to broken items. A claim is in process in Charleston South Carolina for the damages. I would not use this packing team moving anything.
