Our helpers arrived early and surveyed our furniture. We have very heavy pieces but the guys were very helpful and completed our job on time. I would use them again.

I didn't have that much to move, so I was doing it myself. After loading the truck myself, though, and waking up really sore the next morning, I realized I needed help. I found them online and booked them for just a few hours later. Despite it being last minute, they were there and unloaded my truck in less than two hours.

Helpers were great. They called ahead of arrival. They were on time. Clean and ready to get to work. They were friendly and diligent. We got everything loaded or prepared to load in the two hours we had contracted. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Way to go!

First of all, the movers showed up 1 hour earlier than the time they said they would, so I was a bit rushed & not ready for their arrival. When they arrived, they tried to tell me I would need to send my POD back & get a large moving van which he could drive for me, but that I would have to pay to fly him back. I kept suggesting we take everything outside so he could see what we had, but the movers ignored my requests. I had to continuously tell them I wanted things covered so they wouldn't get broken/scratched during transport & ended up having to cover most items myself. They scratched the front of my washer door. I had to correct their packing at the entrance of the POD when they left because it wasn't stable & the rope was extremely loose. They were not prepared, as they did not have a dolly or the rope that was requested for them to bring. They would not have been able to load all of my items, had we not assisted & provided them a dolly. I had to continuously remind them of what they were moving (ie fragile items, weren't handle with care). I'm quite concerned about how my items will come out of the move. I would not recommend these 2 particular movers again.

Good Job. Got the job done in under 2 hours. Wish 1 of the workers worked as hard as the other 3, but overall, good service.
