The two helpers arrived on time. They were courteous and care duke with our belongings. I would use AAMT again.

They were a little late, but they called to let me know, so it wasn't a problem. They worked hard and were very careful with my belongings. They didn't bring the shrink wrap because the supplier hadn't gotten it to them but offered to run to Uhaul to pick some up. I will use them when I need my stuff unloaded out of the pods into my new place.

The 4 workers arrived on time and worked efficiently together. They unloaded the 17' UHAUL truck in one hour.

Excellent helpers. They took great care in protecting our belongings. Loading and unloading was done in a timely manner and they packed the truck masterfully. Not only would we use them again but we'd recommend them to others as well.

Workers showed up on time and in fact early, and they worked steadily the entire time. They were prepared to work immediately upon finding out what needed to be done. Workers were polite, efficient, careful, and worked well together to complete specified tasks. They asked for clarification if there was confusion on anything. I would absolutely recommend this company and in fact will use them again.

We used our movers to load a Pack Rat container on a Monday, and unload on the following Wednesday.
Pros: They were very nice to work with, they put a lot of effort into the job at hand, they were respectful, they called to advise arrival time, I would consider using the helpers again.
Cons: Needs better clarity on what they will and will not provide, per the site I expected furniture protection. I even called to be sure, by the time I found out they didn't have anything with them and I had to use my good blankets and towels to wrap my furniture. I was told they don't provide unless requested (there is no check box for this and it just says they will provide), also this to me was considered local considering the same company was loading and unloading all within 2 days, so they would have received the pads back. All in all, this to me was poor communication. I wasn't informed in time because he was too busy to call me back, but in my mind for something like this you find time or have someone else call, I was hiring helpers because I to was busy. Also something that was slightly annoying was both days they were about 40 minutes late.
This is a hard review as the unloading was successful (only one damaged piece, because I ran out of blankets), but the gentlemen were very nice and got the job done as expected. If the communication was better as for preparing me for what to expect I think they would be a great company to use in the future.

They were on time and called ahead to let me know they were on the way and exactly what time GPS said they would arrive.
They were prepared, pleasant, respectful and very helpful.
It was a hot day and they worked really hard. They also moved some other things for me that were not ready to go in the POD.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would gladly use them again if I were not moving 800 miles away.

These guys were fantastic! After our original company cancelled on us a half hour after they were scheduled to arrive, hire a helper helped book AAMT movers. They showed up at 7:45 on a Sunday night and stayed until the job was done, which was around 10:30 at night. They were also able to take some of our furniture that didn't for in the POD and store it for us. They will definitely be helping us move into our new home! They saved us and we are so appreciative.
