They were very unprofessional I will never use them again! I already had two male friends there to help me move for free so I really only hired Lewis Moving Services as the so called pros to disassemble and reassemble a twin loft bed I had. Immediately I could tell when they arrived that they weren’t the right men for the job. The two guys had no clue what a loft bed was and told me they couldn’t move the bed. They called their boss and same result. They didn’t even try and I had to abandon the bed in my old apartment. The bed is worth over $300. Then throughout the move I felt rushed by the one guy who kept asking me “what else?“ or “is that it?”. But the worst most disgusting and unprofessional part of the experience was that one guy took a dump in one of my new bathrooms and he did not have the common human decency to ask or give me a warning. He also did not turn on the vent so I had to go in that horrible smelling bathroom to do it myself and to pour bleach in the toilet because the smell still lingered after me and my friends left to drop off the truck in the neighboring county. Now every time I pass that bathroom I think of the awful event. I’m so upset. When I say never again I truly mean never again will I hire Lewis Moving Service!

They arrived on time, worked very hard and knew what they were doing so all contents fitted in the truck. Unloaded in great time and again fitted all goods into storage space. I would highly recommend them for future work.

Or original crew had to leave for another job left us with 1/2 a truck full. Lewis came on short notice, late in the evening and got the job done professionally and with class. Highly recommend Lewis Moving Service.

They were great movers! I had an issue with the moving truck not being available at the time the movers were scheduled to be at my house, the movers left, took care of another job and came back afterward and completed the loading of my moving truck in the prescribed amount of time for a three bedroom house including a 400 lbs safe, washer, drier with 2 guys in two hours. They were great!
