It was the hottest day of the year. I would have understood if they had called and cancelled. But no notice. The movers just didn’t show up. Hire A Helper
was not helpful in figuring out the problem or attempting to find a replacement. We were left to get a 26’ truck unloaded by ourselves.
Again, had they called and told us they weren’t coming it would have been understandable and we could have tried to get an alternative.

These movers just didn't show up after communicating that they would and asking to change the move date via phone. Instead of informing me they just decided to turn off their phone.
This cost late fees on my rental van, and hireahelper.com's best assistance was to offer me to book more expensive movers at my cost hours later.

What rip off I paid these guys for 3 hours and they only worked 1 1/2 hrs and did not refund me the rest of my money. I even trippier them and they still keep my money

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
