They were late but did call to let us know. They were slow. They brought their girlfriend and would go out to the car to visit with her. They smelled of marijuana. They were respectful of our property and goods. I was desperate to have the help since it was difficult to find someone last minute on a busy Saturday but I would not use them again.

Although I had ample supplies on hand (special boxes for TVs, many rolls of packing tape, packing paper, furniture pads), they did not use it. Not only were the flat screen TVs not put into boxes, they did not even bother with a furniture pad (blanket) for the TVs. The result was a shattered screen on a 5-month old TV. (They literally just stacked 3 flat screen TVs back to back on the floor of the truck — no protection, nothing).
None of the clamps and screws and such for the bed frames were attached (with the packing tape for example) to the frames. We have literally no idea where that stuff is. Same with the screws to attach legs to the kitchen table.
This all seems very basic for movers. I mean this is what they do for a living and therefore they ought to be good at it. ???????

We are located on an island supported only by limited ferry service. The crew had to meet
a 5:45 AM ferry. They went out of their way to do this, and unpacked what it took two other crews 2 times as long to load. The crew took great care with our furnishings. The crew was easy to work with and genuinely interested in helping us set up our new home. I found these men amazing and recommend them to do any move you want to take on.

My helpers Randall & Kenneth were great. I had some issues opening the door of my storage container due to items shifting during transit and they went above and beyond to open the door of the container. They moved very quickly during the unloading process and even assisted in furniture setup prior to departing. I would highly recommend!

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
