Eduardo and Travis were my service providers. They took care to address their concerns about previous packers and the quality they did not see in the work that was there. They were professional and friendly throughout the entire process taking care to make sure each item was handled with extreme care. They were sympathetic to items that had sentimental value and ensured they were taken care of in a delicate manner. Eduardo was the team captain and he worked meticulously making sure that what came out of a 28 foot trailer was packed tightly in the service containers provided by 1.800.Pack-Rat. They used the entire contracted time but they did not lose their courtesy or professionalism. I was pleased.

The two guys who showed up to load our pods were super nice, and worked very hard for 4 hours without taking a break. Unfortunately, they were anything but "move pros." They had no tools or supplies whatsoever. They didn't know they were expected (and paid extra) to move a piano, and really didn't seem to know how. Most disappointing, they didn't have a clue about how to properly load a moving pod. My wife and I expressed concern about the great amount of wasted space in the first pod, but they assured us that there would be plenty of room in the second pod for everything. To make a long story short, we ended up having to leave behind my daughter's bicycle and a couple of medium-sized pieces of furniture that should have been loaded early on. The movers who unloaded us at our final destination were appalled at how poorly the pods were packed, for example, finding boxes marked "fragile" buried under large heavy boxes, and mattresses improperly loaded with their protective plastic sleeves (which we put on ourselves) falling nearly all the way to the floor. If you know what you're doing and just need extra muscle to help you load, these guys are fine. But if you are looking for real moving professions, "San Antonio Move Pros" are anything but.

I needed help moving a very heavy wood desk from my mother's home to a room in my home on the second floor. The movers were courteous and professional, taking the necessary time to ensure that nothing was damaged in the move, including the desk, hardwood floors, or the moving truck. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The two guys refused to tie anything in. I had rope, tie downs and bungie cords but they said they don't use them or need them. All of my stuff shifted during transport, which is what PackRat claimed would happened. All of my things either got crushed and/or broken. I didn't have a choice but to hire help with this move. I would not recommend San Antonio Move Pros to anyone.

We had a difficult time finding help to load and unload boxes and furniture while moving. Other companies were no shows. We contacted HireaHelper.com and they had 2 men from San Antonio Move Pros show up within an hour and they worked non stop the whole time they were there with us. They handled the job without difficulty. We really appreciate them being available at the last minute and working so hard. I will definitely recommend them and would not hesitate using them again in the future. Thank You!

The movers seemed efficient and friendly. They finished early and I checked on them frequently and all seemed okay...until the unit was delivered. Damaged furniture, (broken legs, wood damage) They stacked wood on wood. We provided moving blankets and had plenty left over.
