Start to finish the job took less than 20 minutes. Both men were professional and polite as well as hard working. There was a manufacturing flaw in the dryer I ordered that they caught and ordered a new one for me. I didn't have to do a thing. If they hadn't had done that, it would have been very inconvenient for me to discover and figure out what to do. Great job guys

The guys where prompt and very helpful in packing the unit. They did more in three hours than I would have done in a day. They also helped securely store everything. They where even more careful with my stuff than I would have been. I plan to use them again.

The job manager, Kelly, was available at all hours (she even answered my call after 9pm, when I expected to just leave a message) and was very in touch about the progress of my reservation and the arrival of my movers.
The two movers I got were wonderful. They were honest and up front about not everything being able to fit in my PODS (and they were right) and they tried their very best to get as much furniture in as they could. I really appreciated how they unloaded and reloaded to try to fit especially loved pieces of furniture for my very long distance move.
They also miraculously managed to load my 1 bedroom 3rd floor apartment into my POD in 2 hours!

The two gentlemen that unloaded the vehicle worked hard and did so very respectfully. They had everything necessary to do the job, unlike the guys that loaded the truck. It was a great experience and I told them that I would hire them again when we move to our new home. They were right on time and I extended them an hour to completely unload everything and not just the heavy items I had intended for them to do.
