All in all, satisfactory service. They arrived 45 minutes after the agreed upon time which I was a little peeved about as it extended my truck rental. However once they arrived they were motivated, friendly, and efficient. I was impressed at how quickly they moved my one bedroom apartment - the truck was unloaded (with a small piano and a flight of stairs) in less than half an hour. I would hire them again.

Will and Ray showed up exactly on time and worked steadily until the job was done. I can used other movers the last time who were very nice but these guys are exceptionally concerned about doing exactly what you want to have done and are very careful with furniture and boxes. They volunteered to shrink wrap the large pieces to protect them when handling. I would certainly recommend them without reservation!

The day of the loading we felt they were drawing the job out, and it could be due to the heat, but we had everything packed, they did not have to pack anything.
BUT upon having the truck unloaded here, there is several, or I should say, A LOT of damages to items. It is very heart breaking to see the movey we paid to see all the damages. We were told all the chairs would be covered and wrapped, we provided 2 dozen blankets, and told them, we had additional blankets, rugs or that we would go an rent additionl ones. ALL of our formal dining room chairs are damaged. Our tv was UPSIDE down when loaded. a small storage table, totally smashed, broken picture frames. Our night stands were loaded upside down, causing damage, the headboard was up against the wall, busting several parts off. our refrigerator was not covered and up against the wood on the side of the truck, causing a lot of damage, our antique radio was not covered and up against the wall truck, lots of damages, the keyboard-Yamaha, had the feet broken off, the finish rubbed off to the bare metal,
We are not very happy and have a lot of damaged belongings.

The workers were right on time! They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. We had some pretty big, heavy pieces and they blew threw them so quickly and were so helpful! They even stuck around to help assemble some of the pieces! I would definitely use them again!

This is the second time I used this company. I am not as happy as I was the first time. Justin and Rob were the packers and they were very pleasant. Justin was extremely sociable. They worked very hard and quickly and I was quite impressed that they loaded all my furnishings within the allotted time. My issues are what I found when the truck was unloaded. Furniture was broken, scratched, gouged etc. My white sofa and love seat were placed on end on the dirty floor of the truck. They did not bother placing the furniture blankets on the floor before putting the white sofa and love seat in. Needless to say I am sick at the condition of my furniture. I now need to have them cleaned and I hope they come clean. All my furniture is of good quality and was bought in the last 5 years and was in very good condition when loaded on the truck. My china hutch has a corner that is severely damaged. I could go on forever with all the damaged that was done to my furniture. I also have pictures if anyone would like to see the damaged.

Terrible experience. I got them through hire a helper and they were fast movers however they refused to use the blankets I had rented from uhaul and placed wood chairs next to my sleigh bed and ruined a thousand dollar bed. When I called, the manager asked me to send her photos and that she would get back to me. After I sent her about five photos and left her several messages over the course of two weeks, I was finally able to get a hold of her again more than two weeks after the job was completed. Only then did she inform me that she was "not liable for anything" and "wasn't going to do anything" to help me and that she had "plenty of five star reviews and didn't need to do anything".
Truthfully, all I wanted was for her to refund me the money for the job (about a hundred bucks) since I had a very expensive piece of furniture ruined but unfortunately her poor customer service and lack of compassion made me file a formal report with hire a helper in order to get anything back. Would not recommend to anyone!

San Antonio Move Pros saved me!!!! I had scheduled another moving company to load my truck and they did not show up. I sat there with an empty moving truck and a house full of boxes. San Antonio Move Pros was contacted and they had two wonderful guys there within an hour. The guys (Louis and Rick) were friendly, courteous and had the truck loaded in less then 2 hours.
I am forever grateful to Kelly and her crew, in fact I am using them again to load my furniture. Kudos to San Antonio Move Pros! Use them, you will not be sorry.
