The packers packed the POD so poorly that we could not open the POD after the move. Everything had shifted. The Packers did not think we needed to strap anything down even after I offered to run out to get straps. They also didn't think we needed to remove legs from tables and I think that is going to be a problem if we ever get the POD open.

The movers were great. They were on time, hard working, and careful.
However, the system that they worked through was a mess.
The moving day was rescheduled days in advance due to delays in reviving the container they were to unload. The movers showed up on the initial scheduled date. The system never properly communicated the date change.
Then after the work was done, there was no confirmation to them that the bill was paid. Both the movers and I ended up calling customer service, to figure out if the payment was successful through the system. So, movers? A+, management system? F-
