The guys that actually performed the unloading were good. They were friendly and efficient. They were very late in arriving though. I scheduled for 3PM and they did not arrive until closer to 4:30. The reason given for this was that the first customer of the day was delayed in picking up their truck for loading. While I can understand this, it’s also not my problem. Later customers shouldn’t be affected by the misfortunes or mistakes of another customer. Other resources should have been allocated to account for their delay, or the customer at fault should have accepted the consequences of not having their truck ready at the appointed time. It is not correct or fair that my carefully orchestrated schedule should be so disrupted by another’s mistakes. I was given prior notice of this by the company, which I guess was appreciated.
In a nutshell the guys doing the unloading were good at their job and performed as expected. The company policy was, however, lacking. I will not be recruiting them again as they seem to have an attitude of, “Well what are you going to do about it? Deal with it.”

Marcquise and Robert were awesome! Easygoing, on time, respectful and very efficient They clearly had experience and didn't even bat an eye when I did a lot of micromanaging of how my stuff was unloaded and stored because I am very detail oriented! I could not recommend them more highly and although I hate to even think about moving again, if I do I will definitely use them again!

I wasn't able to be present as I had to work, but my Mom was there while they loaded the moving van. She said they were very nice and funny and did a great job! They finished loading the van pretty quickly as well.

They were GREAT. The 3 guys were as professional as you could ever hope. I would use them again for anything, and recommend them to anyone. Also, the process itself was easy and smooth. Finally, the cost was as reasonable and fair as it could possibly be.
