They arrived on time and finished the job quickly. They were very careful with my belongings and made sure not to damage the wood floors when moving furniture and other large items. It was about 95 degrees on the day I moved, but it didn't seem to phase them! Derek was communicative and confirmed everything ahead of time.

I was 15-20 minutes late arriving, they had been there waiting and didn't complain. They got right to work, were to the point, and their experienced showed as they asked questions which demonstrated they were working out in their heads the best, most efficient, approach. They were careful to put padding between items and took other such preventative measures to ensure the well-being of my belongings. They were very accommodating when I asked them to not slide things across the hardwood floors in my new home, even though the floors aren't in the best shape and probably no one would notice a new mark or two.
