Truck arrived on designated day, with clear communication from the driver. I then used Hire A Helper to help me load the trailer, and they were also excellent.

PODs helped to choose the correct size container. Customer service was very helpful. The container was clean and in good shape. They arrived and picked up exactly on schedule. I'd use them again.

The logistics of their service in getting the truck to us and picked up was very good. I appreciated there, working relationships with companies that helped us pack and unpack. Please don't be fooled that this is easy because even with everyone's help, it's still a hard job to move a household.

PODS made it easy to move, prompt and professional delivery, hauling and storage, and delivery exactly when scheduled. Drivers were extremely communicative and helpful, and customer service was top notch.

The driver who came to pick up trailer went above and beyond to assist, especially after we put the wrong locks on the trailer and had to wait for family member to bring keys, He waited patiently and got job done.

I had called only a few days before we needed everything during a very busy moving season. They got my 3 containers there on time. We actually needed another container and they got that one there for me as well. They were able to pick up 2 of the containers on the day I asked for and picked up the other 2 the next day. Worked out well for us.

With the first drop off of 2 containers, the driver didn't research his delivery situation. H attempted to deliver a truck and trailer load to a small long driveway out of town without seeing a way to get the containers off or turn around. carelessly drove on grass and over logs on the driveway edging. frustrating.

The price was great. The truck ran well and made it the full 7 hour drive. The AC and cup holder were broken in the truck which was a bit annoying given we drove it in August. Also, when we went to pick up the truck the lady was grumpy and they didn't have the auto transport that we booked available so they had to send us to a different location to pick it up and to do that they had to modify our booking contract. The change in the contract was an inconvenience for us and I think it actually slightly increased the overall price of our initial booking.

The drop was after hours. Although I filled the tank just minutes before the drop off there was a sign on the Elston site to include the gas receipt with my name on it. A pen was not much of a consideration when I went to drop off the keys. Then a charge was made larger than I expected (expected no additional charges). A rip off in my opinion.

Truck performed well and the 12" panel truck was more than enough for a one bedroom apartment - 7 pines of furniture (disassembled) and 50 or so small/medium boxes.

Overall, loved working with Penske. Terrific customer service! Vehicle was fine. Tough to see out of passenger side mirror; had my son drive instead. Just had regular radio (no USB/ability to connect to Blue Tooth) to pass the 10 hour journey. Easy pick up, easy drop off!

Check your dimensions! Pod was small, but fit a lot (my pod was actually almost too large as there was movement and a few of my belongings shifted around so much they ended up breaking). The company was find to work with.

Penske was great! Reasonably priced compared to others, along with getting a full week for the cross country move, unlimited miles, and guaranteed reservation.

After having a mess up with budget truck rental uhals helped me out with a truck. Had to drive out of my way for it but it was worth it to get out of my old place.
