After having a mess up with budget truck rental uhals helped me out with a truck. Had to drive out of my way for it but it was worth it to get out of my old place.

The trucks are governed to 70 MPH which is fine, but extremely under powered while trying to maintain that speed in any kind of uphill or headwind. You are lucky to get 60 in a 10 MPH headwind. In my mind this can be a significant safety concern especially in the mountains on I90, through Montana and Idaho.

The only problem I had was not able to determine where my pod was when I needed to access it. I didn’t like that they don’t pro-rate rental fees but overall the flexibility and service were great. Price was reasonable.

container shifted items. a couch was keeping the door from opening and got 2 rips on the arms of my couch. the container had a latch that was half fallen off and a hole in it was covered by just tape

The transportation company billed the wrong person. Although we resolved the billing issue amongst ourselves. Public storage wrote on my boxes that were holding my belongings. Such as "Beer glasses" I hadn't written.

The service on the loading end was smooth and seamless. Delivery drivers were friendly and ensured we received the weigh tickets as requested. The service on the unload end was not quite as smooth, but it all worked out. The trailer was dropped off at 3pm and the driver expected it to be unloaded by 12pm the next day which didn't line up with the movers U-Pack had contracted for us. We were unaware that this was his expectation and only found out when he showed up and started hooking up to the trailer with our stuff still in it. I called customer service and they were very helpful in fixing the issue.

Pick-up Uhaul was a nightmare and hard to work with. however corporate was really great at allowing an extended time on the truck for pack-out and drop-off was great too!

Great communication about trailer drop-off and pick-up. Very helpful drivers. Our trailer arrived on time and with no damage to our belongings. Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to have my call answered by Dio in Florida. He was very helpful. He handled everything from the POD to the movers. He even made a few suggestions that I hadn't thought about. He was professional, pleasant, and a good conversationalist while completing his job.

Everyone at both locations was very helpful and kind. Our trailer did have trash in it, though. It came straight from another location, and the renters did not clean it out.

The size container was appropriate for my move, the container condition was acceptable, customer service was friendly but not always the most helpful. I chose the company due to lower cost and to have more control than with traditional movers over others having access to my belongings.

2nd time using UPack, won't use anyone else. They are very reasonable, efficient, ability to track pods as they travel myself & have excellent customer service.

My experience was good with Budget was good. The truck worked out well and everyone I talked to was professional. My only thought was that the truck was a little run down and could use a steering wheel alignment.

Felt a bit rushed on the pick up end. The document I had to sign was hard to read. Very few details provided about the vehicle or 'rules'. The drop off was fine.
