ABF went above and beyond to adapt to an unexpected situation, they have my highest praise. Their driver Dave was the MVP and Hero that enabled the entire move. Staff was flexible and friendly at every interaction.

Very happy with the service provided by ABF and their Relocube product for a cross border 3000+ mile move. The entire process was explained clearly and any additional questions were answered promptly by their agents. Everything went smoothly as scheduled: pickup and delivery dates were as promised and the customs process went without a hitch. YMMV but the cost for me was very reasonable for this type move and was the lowest priced option compared to competitors.

I was amazed at the great service I received. Moving across country is inherently stressful but PODS was on time and the drivers were all friendly and respectful of property.

We used PODs and they were great to work w/ as well. POD's arrived on time and were picked up on time. The POD's team and drivers were very friendly and called to inform on arrival for both P/U and delivery.

Everyone was very helpful and willing to assist in any way. I still can't believe our trailer arrived 3 days ahead of us when we left before it was picked up. Wow!

The truck was not the newest but it ran the road well during the day and the evening. The only mishap was that the inside Dick light failed to stay on but we were able to complete our task.

U-Pack was very helpful and courteous every time I called them with questions or concerns. The drop-off and pick-up drivers were respectful and careful parking the trailer. The only negative things I can think of is that there were parts of the bulkhead (locking pins, handle padlocks) missing from the trailer. The bulkhead was very difficult to install, with unclear instructions, and we were unable to get it in place correctly. U-Pack was very helpful and made sure the pick-up driver was aware of the situation and assured me he would check the bulkhead before moving the trailer. The truck space calculator on their website wasn't very accurate. It calculated that we would only need 14 ft of truck space for our townhome. The furniture and items that were ready used up all 14 ft. If all of our items were loaded, we would have used substantially more space.

I had used 1-800-Pack-Rat previously during the pandemic. I had no issues and decided to use them again for our move out of state. They were great, the only problem was that an inexperienced driver was scared to do a our drop off because we had low power lines. I spoke with a manager, and the next morning, we had the storage delivered without issues with the power lines.

The Pack Rat container was not delivered the day it was scheduled due to a truck breakdown. We were upset with the company as we were on a tight moving schedule. We made several phone calls to 1-800-Pack Rat to rectify the problem. We received a phone call from the regional manager who promised to deliver the container the following day by 10:30am. It arrived even earlier at 8:30am.

Truck was great but it beeped in traffic incessantly due to being to close to the vehicle in front of us, which in traffic in cities you can't stay back 5-6 car lengths. The limiter on speed was also incorrect in some places, road speed was 65 but it would shut you down to 55 even though that wasn't the actual speed limit.

have used them in the past, the 1st time they were lacking with requested equipment, thankfully we did not need the use of what we asked for, this time we got half of our request so they adjusted pricing on both occasions which was fine in the end, as far as I'm concerned.

The price was decent. The truck was beat up, but fully functional. Some of the extra's we ordered were not available on pickup day (only 12 of the 24 moving blankets, no dolly). As such, I reduced the rating one star.

It was a 1,700 mile move and the truck and equipment performed very well. We were able to return the equipment to the Cottonwood office where the person in charge was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a positive experience

As with the movers, the UHaul support people were surprisingly helpful for a huge company. We needed to change our vehicle type and they made this happen even when several locations were closed for the holiday.
