ABF Relocube® Reviews
I talked to someone from the office to request the cube drop-off in the afternoon due to the snow emergency in effect in the morning, but the driver still showed up before noon. At the end the driver came back later and everything went well, but I would hope the commiunication could be more effective. In addition, they said the cube was weather-proof but I saw some snow in it.
Very happy with the service provided by ABF and their Relocube product for a cross border 3000+ mile move. The entire process was explained clearly and any additional questions were answered promptly by their agents. Everything went smoothly as scheduled: pickup and delivery dates were as promised and the customs process went without a hitch. YMMV but the cost for me was very reasonable for this type move and was the lowest priced option compared to competitors.
The Relocubes were exactly what we needed. Customer service was great and spent a lot of time on the phone answering all of my questions when I was researching my moving options. The free month of storage was a great benefit because we weren’t ready to move into the new house as soon as the cube arrived at our destination.
Trailer was appropriate size for our move, appeared to be in good condition. Drop off drivers were helpful and professional. The transit time was longer than I’d anticipated which meant rescheduling the unloading crew. Next time I’d assume delivery would be at the end of the estimated transit time (business days only) and schedule a crew accordingly.

Royal Oak, MDI will start by saying that we did have a complicated move. That said, UPack overpromised and undelivered. We had to call dispatch multiple times on both ends of the move to get them to deliver and pick up trailers when they were supposed to -- and in the end they weren't able to do what they had verbally committed to doing. We were very flexible and asked from the very beginning to just tell us what they could and couldn't do. We then planned our move around their guidance. We had to constantly adjust to new timing which was VERY frustrating.
