Pods delivered on time, Drivers were very professional and polite. However we realized almost too late we need more storage - so we also used U-Boxes - 2 to be exact.

We worked with UPack to deliver a trailer, store the trailer for a period of time and then deliver it to our new home. Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. They walked us through the entire process and everything went just as expected.

We have used UPACK before and it went even better than last time. We hired movers (through HireAHelper) on both ends to load/unload the trailer, and our trailer was in storage for a month. All of our stuff was fine (no water damage or dents), and we are happy we used them for our move again!

For the most part PODS was a good company to use and served us well. I would have given an excellent rating except for some of the phone calls I encountered a language barrier and sometimes a little lack of knowledge to answer my questions properly and completely.

There were some hiccups along the way with getting the container to the correct spot, we were given a free upgrade to a larger one and the customer services to work out the kinks was professional and kind. We will see how things go after it is transported 1300miles.

A bit of a hassle due to corporate policy of going through the insurance waiver (had to call my insurance company at the rental counter and ask them specific questions to fill out a form from Budget), and the insurance would have been much higher than competitors if I would have had to take it, but the actual employees I interacted with at pick-up and drop-off were friendly and helpful. Also a bit more expensive than competitors (but at least they still had a truck available, which is why I went with Budget).

Friendly delivery driver. On time. Accommodation made to delay the final pick up because it took longer than expected as we had to repack what the third party helper had done.

Overall, loved working with Penske. Terrific customer service! Vehicle was fine. Tough to see out of passenger side mirror; had my son drive instead. Just had regular radio (no USB/ability to connect to Blue Tooth) to pass the 10 hour journey. Easy pick up, easy drop off!

Check your dimensions! Pod was small, but fit a lot (my pod was actually almost too large as there was movement and a few of my belongings shifted around so much they ended up breaking). The company was find to work with.

The moving rental truck operated with no issues. We had no breakdowns or any problems during the entire time we drove the truck across country. I am totally satisfied with the condition and operation of the moving rental truck.

Penske was great! Reasonably priced compared to others, along with getting a full week for the cross country move, unlimited miles, and guaranteed reservation.

After having a mess up with budget truck rental uhals helped me out with a truck. Had to drive out of my way for it but it was worth it to get out of my old place.

Pick-up Uhaul was a nightmare and hard to work with. however corporate was really great at allowing an extended time on the truck for pack-out and drop-off was great too!

Everyone at both locations was very helpful and kind. Our trailer did have trash in it, though. It came straight from another location, and the renters did not clean it out.
