They were very late showing up, they tried to keep us informed but too many excuses.Once there they performed well. We had to drive 1200 miles and all our goods were packed well and survived the drive! I would use them again but would insist on being the first customer of the day.

I was very tired from remodeling. I should have communicated better to put more boxes downstairs. They did what I asked and with a good attitude. They were on time, worked energetically and were pleasant.

The movers were 2 and a half hours late. I asked the management if I could get a refund and the best they could do was 10% which came out to a measly $46 dollars. I rented a 10' U-haul, which according to that company's website, could easily fit the contents of a studio or a 1 bedroom apartment. I lived in a studio with minimal belongings; the largest items being a king-size bed and a tall dresser. Unfortunately, the movers couldn't fit all my stuff in the U-haul. So the next day I had to drive over an hour back to my old studio to load up my car with a chair and a couple of end tables and make the hour return drive to unload these items. What a waste of time and energy! I will never do business with Metro Movers Denver again.
