These guys were great! We had to make a last minute change when another mover backed out on us. They were able to accommodate us and did a fantastic job moving our stuff, including some turn of the century antique furniture, quickly and without damage. I'd highly recommend them!

Grossly inexperienced. While I was grateful to have Metro come on such short notice (due to the fact that Cavalry Movers never showed AT ALL), these youngsters knew little to nothing about moving items with care and protection. Nothing was damaged, but I had to watch them carefully, and one individual, in spite of repeated feedback, was impulsive and aggressive, picking things up without forethought where it would go, dropping boxes 6" instead of setting them down gently on the surface, pushing a sofa arm chair on its side on a wooden floor without any protection, trying to carry two dinning chairs through a door at once, etc. The leader didn't know that, to take a door off, you remove a pin and, instead, was attempting to take the entire set of hinges out of the door jam. Hire a Helper needs to train and/or screen the movers to be sure they are competent. I would not recommend either Hire a Helper or Metro Movers again. To their credit, they were on time, enthused, energetic, polite, and worked very hard. They all just need more experience and training.

Absolutely amazing and quick. I can't believe they were able to get out a heavy elliptical machine set up in our 2nd floor apartment. We will definitely use again if we move again.

After another group of movers no-showed, Metro movers came to unload our truck at a few hours notice. After hearing about our situation, they brought an extra person to help speed the process up. Very helpful, courteous, and quick. I would definitely recommend to anyone moving in the Denver area.
