The two workers that came get an AWESOME review from me. They were helpful, friendly and hard workers. They finished their work before the two hours and offered to help me rearrange since they finished half an hour early. However, the "lady" who works for them as a secretary is rude, ignorant and has absolutely no people skills. I would also like you to know that I spoke to a guy there who suggested I pay them cash if the job took over 2 hours. I told them that if they did go over the two hours I would be paying through your company. It is only fair that you receive what is due to you. And they are trying to cheat you out of money. I hope this review helps. I do not have twitter, google+ or facebook...I am not interested in getting $6....I just you all to be informed.

Hello Jessica W., we appreciate your order and it is the policy to except cash for overages a second order being placed is not necessary as some customers find it an inconvenience to have to place another order and we DO NOT except checks as often when a customer moves bank accounts are closed. When you are placing your order you don't speak to our company you speak to A HIRE A HELPER customer service agent we apologize for any rudeness you experienced on that end.

Arrived 2+ hours late. Both were young and inexperienced but energetic; with guidance they did a very good job and we completed the job successfully.

Thank you Fx O. for your order our company is experiencing great growth and we are providing much needed jobs in our community, during the summer months we employee some young guys, it helps keep them from trouble, and as the name expresses we are helpers and being a helper , guidance is required. As for the lateness we didn't have any notice of your arrival not even a good estimate just a we will call when we are there, scheduling is impossible with out a specific time.
