U-Haul helped make arrangements in person, has an online system that is easy to use, delivered my truck despite a major snowstorm, and efficiently loaded/unloaded an auto carrier.

Reasonably priced, the 15 footer was plenty big to move my 2 bedroom apartment.

John was fast, efficient, professional, and probably the friendliest fellow in all of South Carolina. Made getting the truck the easiest part of the move.

Truck size would've been appropriate for a full move in one trip. They provided the truck. Not me.

UHaul didn't attach my vehicle to the hitch correctly and the gate to the truck I rented was broken. A repair man had to come out and fix it so we could open the truck up

20 ft truck with tow dolly, easy enough to drive on rural highways but tricky without cruise. Take it slow and steady!

I have used U-Haul in the past. And I will continue to U-Haul in the future. For trucks and storage units!

The people were friendly and helpful. They also had all the packing stuff I needed. I also purchased a ball hitch for my pickup at a good price.

Truck worked fine but the pick up location did not have all of the moving materials I had purchased through UHAUL. The drop off location was a huge mess and definitely encourage people to do research on drop off locations before selecting. After dropping off, you should call UHAUL and verify that the drop off location checked in the vehicle to avoid late fees.

transportation option did not work well. truck was average. the company was chosen for me.

Truck rental was good

Rented 20 ft truck and received call indicating 20 ft truck not available at location. Reservation was switched to a different location, and I thought nothing of it. But day before, I called to let location know that I would need truck an hour earlier, and it was at that time I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled. By this time, no 20 foot trucks available and I had to settle for a 15 foot truck. They confirmed the equipment that I would need, but when I arrived for pickup, they had run out of some of the equipment items I had requested. What's the point of reservation? I've done many moves and have never had such a poor experience.

Truck was ready and Ricardo the owner was extremely professional.

The booking process was fine, however I booked the wrong-size truck by accident and getting everything switched was a huge headache. I also ordered packing supplies through U-haul, and they charged and sent me a lot of things I specifically didn't want or need, leaving me to find the time to return them. I'm disabled and I don't have a car, and so I'm probably going to have to eat that cost, which is unideal. The person delivering my packing materials also ignored my delivery instructions, and there were items missing, which could be a mistake or could be theft because the packing materials were not left somewhere safe where I requested. A couple of the boxes were also damaged and unusable.

U-Haul was wonderful?? A clean 15 foot truck with a dolly was ready to go.

The local dealer is always very accommodating, and they don't nickel and dime you.

A little chaotic on pickup Saturday morning but they were very apologetic and the truck was in great condition.

The truck was too small for our needs. Our hired helpers explained that although we thought we were getting 15feet of floor space, part of that 15 feet was the “mom’s attic”, leaving us with a lot less floor space for furniture. That is quite deceptive. That should have been explained ahead of time.

I reserved a truck for my moving day and it was ready for me when I arrived. Truck was clean and fueled. Drop off was easy as well.

Easy to rent and the truck was clean.

Easy to use but the pickup spot was busy so someone had to move a van around in order for us to access it. But didn't take too long.

It was a 1,700 mile move and the truck and equipment performed very well. We were able to return the equipment to the Cottonwood office where the person in charge was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a positive experience

We've never had bad service from UHaul, and this move was no different. Doug at the McKnight (Pittsburgh) UHaul location is a gem.

Disappointed that I could not pickup the truck from the local Yucca Valley location as requested Had to drive to Flamingo Heights.

As with the movers, the UHaul support people were surprisingly helpful for a huge company. We needed to change our vehicle type and they made this happen even when several locations were closed for the holiday.
