Malik was in constant communication with me from the say I hired him, verifying date and time of move, and notifying me that he might be running a bit behind from his previous job. The move was seamless, they play tetris with the furniture and fit all items of my 3 bedroom house perfectly with plenty of room to spare. Professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect diligence and accuracy from us on moving days. Time is key, thus we ensure customers that we have strict protocols as it relates to showing up to scheduled appointments on time. We also ensure that all associates and crew members will dress appropriately for the job. Personal appearance and hygiene is something that is very important in our company. Specified tools, dollys, rope and tie downs will be present upon request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare for a moving day by giving us an accurate, detailed description of the type of services they require. This enables us to provide customers with the best customer service possible. If anything were to change thereafter, we kindly ask that customers notify us before the date of our appointment, thus the proper adjustments can be made. Our goal is to excel in customer service making moves easier for future clients.
