The two helpers arrived promptly and immediately began to unload my items from our cargo van. They handled all my fragile items and boxes with extreme care. They placed all my items and furniture in my requested locations. They worked hard and efficiently. True professionals!! I highly recommend them.

They did a great job and were very cognizant of items prone to breaking. Would definitely hire again! Make sure to double check your weights for furniture as I under estimated/mis-researched the weight of my couch. Fortunately they were able to deal with it!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect diligence and accuracy from us on moving days. Time is key, thus we ensure customers that we have strict protocols as it relates to showing up to scheduled appointments on time. We also ensure that all associates and crew members will dress appropriately for the job. Personal appearance and hygiene is something that is very important in our company. Specified tools, dollys, rope and tie downs will be present upon request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare for a moving day by giving us an accurate, detailed description of the type of services they require. This enables us to provide customers with the best customer service possible. If anything were to change thereafter, we kindly ask that customers notify us before the date of our appointment, thus the proper adjustments can be made. Our goal is to excel in customer service making moves easier for future clients.
