At Move Makers our associates understand the significance of providing the best customer service possible to all of our clients and customers. As the owner/supervisor of Move Makers LLC it is deeply disappointing to I and my associates to find such disparaging remarks and comments made of our provided services. However, I was present at this very same appointment and I must say that this is a very falsified and inaccurate account of what happened during and after your move. I and my associate were very professional and worked thoroughly and efficiently throughout the entirety of your appointment. Firstly, I would like to mention that we did arrive about five to ten minutes early of our scheduled appointment, then upon noticing that the box truck was parked some distance away from the apartment entrance I kindly asked to move the truck to a spot that would place us closer to the apartment entrance while also providing the other tenants access to safely leave and enter their parking spaces without being blocked off by the moving truck and upon making that suggestion you agreed that it was best to follow up on that plan. You left the site of the appointment very shortly after we arrived w/o leaving us any time to introduce ourselves as we always do upon meeting new clients. We worked very hard but carefully finishing and completing the job well before our allotted time was finished. Your son had requested that we reassemble a bed frame and furniture so we used the rest of the scheduled two hours to complete his request. I kindly asked several times for tiny details on the placement of his furniture in efforts to provide great customer service and accuracy, I even gave a little advice as to how he should arrange his furniture to create more space. After the job was completed I and my associate took time to also fold up the furniture pads that you previously had used for the loading of your son’s belongings. Once we were ready to depart I noticed that the payment for the job had not been released despite the fact that your son told us 20-25 minutes prior that you were going to release the payment. I called you to kindly ask if you could release the payment for us and you immediately began to raise your voice and speak to me in an unsavory manner. I didn’t respond back but rather let you vent until you hung up in my face. As for the “scratch” or “markings” left on a couch I have a few questions; were you there to actually witness I and my associate cause damages or drag it along a door jam as you explained? If there was indeed any scratches or markings left on any piece of furniture that we helped unload then how would you know if it was us rather than the first crew whom may have caused the damage(s) themselves if any damage(s) really occurred? If there was damage to your furniture then why wasn’t this reported and then escalated to one of the representatives at Hireahelper to be further evaluated and looked into in case you may be eligible to receive compensation? As a professional I hold myself and my associates responsible for any mistakes and exhaust all efforts to achieve the satisfaction of our customers but as for your account of our services and what happened that day I wholeheartedly disagree. I implore you to rescind your review as this reflects negatively of me, our company, and our associates. Thank you for choosing Move Makers and we wish you and your son success in your new endeavors.
