Was not satisfied with the service. They told us they would get finished several times and didn't. A crew of 4 should of finished. Then they came back the next day which we paid for snd they still went over time and charged us even more to get the job done. Very disappointing!!!! I would not use this service ever again.

First and foremost we would like to apologize to you for any inconveniences that we may have caused you and your family. As this company’s owner/supervisor I am very disappointed to have received our first negative review after receiving so many lofty, positive and glowing reviews of our company. However, I was present at the appointment and we made every effort to accommodate you and your family. You had a 26’ Penske truck and you preferred for us to load on the heavy, plus sized items. I advised that the method of loading just heavy, plus sized items in the back of the truck may create voids, thus leaving areas of extra space that would be unused and force you to leave some things behind on your trip to Alabama! After I made the suggestion to fill in some of those voids with boxes and totes you agreed to our method of choice and seemed as if you were more than happy with our services. I loaded the whole truck front to back with no room or space to spare with the exception of a small area left at the end of the truck which you said that you would finish. We were also tasked with wrapping some furniture with furniture pads and shrink wrap which caused some delay with the loading. I also made sure to take extra precaution with a china cabinet we had loaded. I took time to wrap it cautiously making use of old cardboard boxes you had stored in your shed. You and your wife showed us gratitude by offering us each forty dollar tips at the end of the first day. At first glance it seemed as if you both were satisfied with our work. It is very upsetting to receive this type of review as we tried our best to exhaust our efforts into making your experience a good one. I ask that you reevaluate and reconsider the efforts that me and my associates put forth during your appointment with us. In addition; I have no recollection of me telling you several times that we would be finished and you were not charged“extra” as stated in your review, you were only charged for the time it took for us to complete the truck as you confirmed for us to do. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding between us in reference to extra time and labor, however I tried my best to communicate and explain to you our pricing and policies. I pray that you and your family had a safe trip and wish you well on your new endeavors. Kind regards,

After booking with our company all customers can expect a 5 star customer service experience, diligence, trust and an open line of communication between customer and company.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Customers can expect diligence and accuracy from us on moving days. Time is key, thus we ensure customers that we have strict protocols as it relates to showing up to scheduled appointments on time. We also ensure that all associates and crew members will dress appropriately for the job. Personal appearance and hygiene is something that is very important in our company. Specified tools, dollys, rope and tie downs will be present upon request.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

A customer should prepare for a moving day by giving us an accurate, detailed description of the type of services they require. This enables us to provide customers with the best customer service possible. If anything were to change thereafter, we kindly ask that customers notify us before the date of our appointment, thus the proper adjustments can be made. Our goal is to excel in customer service making moves easier for future clients.
