One of the helpers worked while the other was on his phone quite a bit. I dont feel the help we recieved was worth the $400+ dollars that I paid. My son and son in law did more lifting than they did.

Firstly, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience encountered during your appointment. As the owner/supervisor of the company it deeply concerns me to find a review that reflects negatively of our business. However, I was present at the appointment you scheduled with our team of professionals and when we arrived at your place of residence it was immediately apparent that your home was in a very bad, unclean condition. We could barely move around all of the junk that was on the floor to work effectively. Despite those harsh conditions I made a conscious decision to complete the appointment because we drove approximately 40 miles to the destination. There was a dresser that me and my associate removed from the house and into the truck and upon placing it onto the box truck I noticed that there was dog defecation on the dresser and it was also on my hand and possibly on my clothes from helping remove it from the home. Despite a circumstance of this magnitude you showed little to no empathy. I had to ask you to show me to the restroom so that I could clean myself and wash my hands. We even had to alert your son that he too had dog feces on his clothing. After that we still had thirty or so minutes remaining from our scheduled time but because of the circumstances I asked to leave. Your son told me that he understood, he was very honest about the affair even telling me that it was a horrible job/appointment. As for your description of me using the phone I was only using my air pods to answer work related calls and it did not hinder my effort in regards to my work ethic. I kindly ask and implore that you rescind your review as this reflects negatively on our company. We make every effort to accommodate and convenience our clients and the review you left is not an accurate account of what happened that day. Kind regards,

Very personable. They worked hard and got it all done. Pointed out some stuff that I would have missed. It was harder than usual because the packing crew didn't tie anything down and the contents shifted but they took it in stride. Would definitely recommend them again

When I arrived at my location and removes my items from my pods container, I noticed they had grabbed my 1300$ computer graphics card from my computer room and stuffed it on top of all the stuff in the back. It is now bent and unusable. So not just grab lose **** you don't know what it is and only grab boxes...they did a good job packing but also ruined my very expensive graphics card.

After booking with our company all customers can expect a 5 star customer service experience, diligence, trust and an open line of communication between customer and company.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Customers can expect diligence and accuracy from us on moving days. Time is key, thus we ensure customers that we have strict protocols as it relates to showing up to scheduled appointments on time. We also ensure that all associates and crew members will dress appropriately for the job. Personal appearance and hygiene is something that is very important in our company. Specified tools, dollys, rope and tie downs will be present upon request.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

A customer should prepare for a moving day by giving us an accurate, detailed description of the type of services they require. This enables us to provide customers with the best customer service possible. If anything were to change thereafter, we kindly ask that customers notify us before the date of our appointment, thus the proper adjustments can be made. Our goal is to excel in customer service making moves easier for future clients.
