They were incredible— efficient, communicative, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. It is always scary to hire movers off the internet sight unseen but they were a dream and made a stressful process utterly painless.

I appreciated them arriving on time, and working hard to move all our stuff in as requested. However, one of the workers picked up our freezer inappropriately and this resulted in the destruction of the freezer and injury to himself. He hefted the entire freezer himself and then tried to walk down the fairly slick ramp instead of asking for assistance. As a result he slipped and fell off the side of the ramp, injuring himself and destroying the freezer which I had to throw out.
EDIT - The owner of Move Makers contacted me and offered to reimburse me for the full cost of the freezer. I should also note that the movers finished one hour early of the three hours purchased, and we were able to get the hour refunded.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect diligence and accuracy from us on moving days. Time is key, thus we ensure customers that we have strict protocols as it relates to showing up to scheduled appointments on time. We also ensure that all associates and crew members will dress appropriately for the job. Personal appearance and hygiene is something that is very important in our company. Specified tools, dollys, rope and tie downs will be present upon request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare for a moving day by giving us an accurate, detailed description of the type of services they require. This enables us to provide customers with the best customer service possible. If anything were to change thereafter, we kindly ask that customers notify us before the date of our appointment, thus the proper adjustments can be made. Our goal is to excel in customer service making moves easier for future clients.
