Firstly, we would like to apologize for any inconveniences endured during and after your scheduled appointment with our company. As owner/supervisor of Move Makers LLC it is always important to hear feedback from customers in efforts to continue to provide the best customer service experiences possible. However, after reading this review there are some things that are concerning as it relates to your recollection of events; respectfully. We understand that it is always our duty to handle the belongings and property of our customers with great care and respect. All of our associates are taught to go the “extra mile” as it relates to this aspect of moving. Hence, when we arrived at your place of residence for your appointment it was evident that you were still organizing, sorting and packing as a last minute effort to have your belongings ready and prepared for the loading process of your appointment which we were responsible for that day. Because of this there were some boxes placed around the apartment that you did indeed inform us at the beginning of the appointment that you did not want loaded onto or into the truck, however some of these instructions were given to us rather hastily because you were still in the process of preparing a great deal of your belongings to be loaded. Despite these circumstances we still tried our very best to understand the details of the assignment that was given to us but because there were boxes mixed together in different rooms and areas it caused some confusion and there were multiple occasions that we were left alone in the apartment hence making it difficult to find a point of reference as it relates to some of those boxes and belongings that you did not want loaded which in my recollection of events were only maybe one or two boxes. For future reference, the next time you schedule an appointment with our team of professionals or any other moving company of your choice it is very important to carefully reference the things you like loaded and the things that are fragile/breakable and also have those items separated to mitigate the chances of “human error”. While it is our duty to handle furniture and belongings carefully we cannot control when things are unorganized and are placed in areas of concern when we were not given the proper references and things are not properly labeled giving us some indication that they are not to be touched. Also, I would like to mention that you lived in a rather large apartment complex which may have contributed to some confusion as well. We were tasked with loading a truckload of your furniture, boxes and belongings by way of elevator with a 2 crew member team from the third floor of the apartment complex. Despite the fact that we were tasked with that and were somewhat undermanned, we performed exceptionally and packed the trucked brim to brim with little to no extra space left in the truck and with great organization. As for your description of us not packing and securing things with a high level of care I highly contest; again respectfully. Everything that we were asked to do we did with great care and diligence. I even took it upon myself to load your truck because initially your husband/partner took the responsibility but it was immediately noticeable that he lacked the proper experience to load the truck correctly and upon intervening and giving my opinion on some things he immediately gave me the green light to pack the truck as I deemed fit. With all of those things taken into context we still finished the truck within 3 1/2 hours from a third floor elevator to ground level with only a two crew member team! I implore you (kindly and respectfully) to rescind your review as this is not an accurate account of the events which occurred that day and it reflects negatively on our company and associates.
