Great service with the delivery and pick up of the cubes. However, we had some damage to our furniture due to shifting in the cubes while in transport.

These folks were wonderful! They understood that we needed extra time to get the cubes loaded, so they delivered them on Thursday so we had the whole weekend to get loaded. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great company, easy to use and very friendly. The truck was 28 ft. I didn't think we'd use it all but we did! The guys that dropped off and picked up the trailer were friendly and nice, answered my questions and were very professional. Customer service was great and so was dispatch. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. The cost was less than half of what PODS offered! Highly recommended!

ABF was the perfect option. Trailer was clean, customer service was excellent, a friend had used them before, and I would use them again.

The man that set up the told me that he would schedule the movers to assist. This did not get done. When i called in for assistance the call center offered none and has yet to respond to my request for the call recording. Drop off in Fargo was timely and pick up. It was delivered a day earlier than expected``with only half hour notice.

I will be using this company again in a few months.

Using the cube was great and it offered great options for moving within a short time frame. Always get a second one (no charge unless you use it). My small, one bedroom (without moving washer/dryer and dining room table) BARELY fit. Luckily, my movers were able to make it work. I still had to put several things in my car as well. Overall, the entire move with the cube went great and I will definitely consider using a cube if I move in the future.

This company was awesome and the guys who came to load and unload the Relocubes were great! They kept in constant contact with us so we knew exactly what to expect. They helped us open them so the stuff didn't fall out on us. Everything was in perfect condition and nothing was broken or damaged. Thank you so much!

Buying and selling, moving - it's all very stressful and tiring. For this move we are sending things at three different times. This is the second time we've used UPACK and Hire A Helper and they were the smoothest and least stressful part of the move. Customer service was very efficient and helpful. We have a third and final part of this move and we will be using both of these companies again.

Really impressed with how easy this was- and nothing was damaged! I recommend using professional movers to help you pack up everything in such a way that will keep things from shifting during transit.

Dropped off cubes at move point and destination in a timely manner, even went as far as placing the cubes in the orientation I requested. Pick up was just as good, did not need to be at location and cubes were gone the day I requested, items arrived in great shape, no issues with water leakage or damage, no delays. Would defiantly use again, drivers were professional and courteous under difficult conditions in placing cubes in a very busy and tight area.

These guys were awesome. They managed to figure out a way to get my giant fridge into the kitchen despite the fact that the kitchen door was too small (they picked it up and moved it through the pass through!) They were efficient, friendly and strong.

Jason and his crew arrived on time, worked very hard and efficiently . They were also very respectful of our possessions . I would recommend them to family and friends and I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys for an awesome job. Kevin.

I would not use them again. I would pay the extra cost to have more control over my move. Every time I asked for something it was an extra cost.

We have just finished packing our cubes and they seem to have worked well so far. My only complaint is the time of delivery. They give you a 4 hour window but the cubes arrived even an hour past that. It is hard to schedule loaders. I am hopeful we won't have the same trouble on the receiving end.

They were late delivery our things and did not even call to let us know. We ended up having to unload the next day, which caused several problems.

Moved from ATL to SLC with two cubes. Amazing; Delivered on time by a super friendly driver, picked up and delivered to Salt Lake City in far less time than they estimated. Great experience overall.

Great company and easy to work with. They had a little hiccup the day of with the wrong transport, but fixed it quickly and still delivered the relocubes on time.

very poor communication @ one of the local warehouses for pickup. My property was covered in ants when delivered. delivery location customer service and overall price was good.

I made a coast to coast move and this was the most economical. They delivered the Relo-Cube on time, picked it up the same day and got to my destination early! That never happens. They were able to deliver the Cube on a busy San Francisco street, right in front of my apartment. I would definitely use them again.

I would use ABF UPack again for my moving needs. They were very easy to work with and explained the process very well. I have used other moving companies in the past., I paid much more money and received half the service UPack provided. They are a great company and I would use them again.

Based on a U-Pack representative recommendation for a 2 Bedroom apt. , which I described my property, I requested 2 containers be delivered. First of all my sofa (3 cushion) barely fit. It is pressed in to the max. Secondly , 2 containers were not sufficient and I had to request another container which took about 2 hours to deliver. I had hired movers for 2 hours and they had to leave when their time was up. When I called U-Pack to explain my situation based on info given to me by their rep , the first person I spoke with was very argumentative and not helpful at all. It was already a stressful event and this made it so much worse . The extra cost wasn't anticipated for additional movers and container . I would not recommend this company.

This was my second ABF UPack move. The first time I used the truck container and this time I tried to Relocubes. Although less fits in the Relocubes I preferred them as they sit on the ground and are easier to load/unload. Both times UPack was very easy to communicate and coordinate with - I had no problems at all - in fact when I wanted to keep my cubes an extra day to load they left them with me for no charge! Also the drivers are very polite and courteous and worked with me to place the cubes/loading truck where I wanted them. I will continue to use them for all my moves!

Nothing got broken. I was very impressed and it arrived much earlier than expected.

The price was below other competitors, but you must be flexible on drop-off, pick-up and delivery, as dates may change depending on driver availability, weather, etc. So if you need cubes dropped off, picked up and delivered on a specific date, it may not happen, as was the case with us.

Excellent service. Trailer was delivered on time, driver helped install the ramp and move the bulkhead. ABF picked it up the next day and delivered it on time.

They dropped off my PODS and picked them up within a couple of hours after the movers completed packing and unpacking the Pods.

When we saw the relocube, we did not think all our belongings would fit. They did! The relocube was in good condition. Everyone we dealt with by phone and email and text were courteous and responsive and went out of their way to make things work for us. I would use them again and recommend them to everyont!

The ABF/UPack staff were excellent. The trailer arrived on time and picked up as planned. The contract people with ABF were very responsive to our questions and concerns. This is an excellent way to move. We are moving two house holds and everything was great for a total of three trailers. I highly recommend ABF.

Careless driving but they're taking responsibility for their mistakes, unlike the company who loaded our gear.
