ABF and Upack was a life safer for me and it safed me and my wife a lot of money.

This is exactly what I needed for moving from a home to a condo. Delivered on time and picked up timely.

Overall, 5 stars for Upack's customer service, the cost-efficiency, and my experience with the ABF representative where I moved from. But the entire experience was lowered to 4 stars, because of the unwarranted, irate attitude of my local ABF representative in SoCal. (She might've been stressed because it was the holidays, but that woman really needed a chill pill.) Drop-off and pick-up at my old apartment was fast and easy to arrange, but delivery and pick-up at my new residence was unpleasant because of said representative. I chose UPack over other competitors because of the price, and I'd use them again if I were to make another big move. I could have shaved another $364 off my Upack bill if I rented a truck or Uhaul and brought/ picked up my Relocube at their loading sites, but I opted for convenience. Nothing inside my boxes got damaged, which I am happy about. (Then again, the advice I heeded was to pack my stuff as if preparing for the cube to be dropped from a cliff.)

Very efficient and convenient - they drop the trailer, you load it up they pick it up then deliver as promised - Highly recommend this service as you have the flexibility to pay for what you need.

My only issue was the communication. I am not complaining that the Relo-cube arrived early, it just made for a stressful situation for me.

Truck arrived when advised. The only complaint I have is that the company removed the bulk head and used my matress as the bulk head. Matress was wet and black from road slush upon arrival. If I had less stuff and were able to get the bulk head up correctly, I would rate the experience as excellent. Just not sure why ABF opted to take the bulk head out?

UPack is a great company. They have excellent customer service, they are reliable and they are very cost efficient. I would definitely use them again for an interstate move. I recommend them to friends regularly and with no reservation.

ABF UPack dropped off and picked up the container as scheduled. I could contact them via phone at any time and they promptly and completed answered any questions I had. Drivers were courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My contents were BEYOND damaged-- priceless furniture pieces and heirlooms were DESTROYED... Most of this falls on the loaders/packers that I hired through hireahelper.com, but will tell you that when the driver came to deliver my container after it arrived-- he drove up and over a curb more than 4 times, jostling everything inside horrendously-- I watched the trailer pitch, bounce wildly and sway from side-to-side as he positioned the trailer for unloading. WHY??? There is nothing that can be done about the bouncing that occurs just with the transportation and driving but to purposely back up over a LARGE CURB, more than 4 times right in front of me just flabbergasted me!! ARE YOU KIDDING??? I am so surprised they allow this driver behind the wheel of one of their vehicles. I hate to give this rating to the driver that dropped off my container up at the orgination point (Everett, Wa) but cannot in good conscience rate any higher after witnessing that complete lack of care or concern over the load with the driver here in Houston that delivered my container. My losses are staggaring and some items can never be fixed or replaced!!!

They were great, the unload day was kinda a pain because you are given a 4 hour window for drop off, and we were in a gated area that the truck couldn't stay over night and we had to call for pickup by 2pm. Luckily our hired mover help kicked butt!

This worked well for us although trailer was not big enough for all belongings (which we knew from beginning). Having to store belongings in trailer until we close on house. The trailer was new so I do not have concerns about items becoming wet (from rain). Would use them again.

Excellent communication with local dispatch. Had to coordinate a drop at a storage facility.

I used two "relocubes" and the cubes were delivered to my house on time and picked up on time. The cubes arrived at the destination 2 days early. Everything went like clockwork and every employee I contacted was knowledgable, helpful and very courteous. I choose ABF because they were 100's of dollars less that U-Haul or Pods, but I will reuse ABF because of the outstanding service.

Total cost to move....5000.00. Truth be know I could have paid this amount for allied 1/2 truck and they would have arranged all of it...I still would have to pack myself

ABF worked great for us.

The truck was the perfect size for all of our belongings and ABF was in constant contact about where our goods were. We received the container exactly when expected and the drivers were very helpful.

On time del and pick up dispatcher in Tampa and Anderson very helpful. Would us again.

The Relocubes were relatively inexpensive and well-constructed. A good option.

Great price if you can wait a few extra days for your belongings it's worth it!

The Upack side of our move was a nightmare. The employees only asked me how many bedrooms we had. We lived in a two bedroom house so they recommended 2 relocate cubes. They failed to ask if we had a basement, a family room, or deck furniture. I did ask for three, but we ended up using 5 cubes, and actually could have used 6. Had the Upack sales personnel asked me a few more pertinent questions we could have used a trailer. As a result our loading process took 3 days! We could have been finished on the first day when we had hired help. The ABF dispatchers, in Denver, and Chad, who delivered the cubes did their best to get us cubes on a Thursday, and again on Friday, during the busy Labor Day weekend. This made the stress of moving even more stressful! We are hoping to be compensated for the inconvenience.

Trailer drop off / pick up at both locations was great, the drivers were friendly and helpful in putting the trailer in the best spot for loading and unloading. The trailer interior was dirty as evidenced by the grime on box bottoms, furniture and shoes walking through the new house.

This is my second time using ABF's ReloCube and I am very impressed with their service. This option worked very well for my move (studio apartment) and all of my belongings arrived in top-notch condition. All of their drivers are true professionals and work to make sure you and your belongings are well taken care of. I'd call them again without a doubt.

We loved that you only pay for the space you use! Our things were securely transferred from PA to GA with no problems!

Both times the Relocubes were dropped off, the drivers were very helpful and easy to work with. Everything happened according to the general timeline we were given upon placing our reservation. I called a couple times just to confirm pick-up and drop off of the cubes and the employees were polite and informative every time.

U-Pack was just plain awesome. They made our move like a breeze! I was very worried at first since I've never really heard of them prior to this move. My advice, call them, tell them about your move, and they take care of the rest.

They did ok, could have been more accommodating on the delivery of the full container to the end destination.

I loved everything about this company except they aren't open to deliver an additional cube on the weekend. I was given an estimate that we needed two, but we actually needed three, and since we completed the move on the weekend, we had to rent a truck for the additional stuff. So, the delivery and pick-up of the first two went great. Word to the wise--order an extra if you're packing on the weekend.

Aggravating but cost effective option. Transit of my relocubes went as expected, delivery and pick-up... not so much. When I called and arranged to have my cubes dropped back off, I was told that they would arrive around 4 in the afternoon of the day I selected. I called and spoke with the rep at the local dispatch and was told that my cubes would be delivered shortly. Around 8:30 that evening I received 2 of my 4 cubes with no word yet on the remaining 2. Another call to the dispatch center ans I am told that my containers will be delivered after 9pm. If you are not aware, the moving of the cubes is quite loud and requires a large truck and a fork lift. Like most people, we live in a residential neighborhood and having people run heavy equipment and bash around large metal boxes that late at night isn't exactly a great introduction to the neighbors. When I called the company and asked that they please not deliver my items so late at night the dispatcher argued that they would have to deliver them then or delay the delivery by a day since they already had deliveries booked for the following day (too bad I had a delivery scheduled for the afternoon, not nighttime) After a bit of arguing back and forth, they finally agreed that my items could be delivered before noon the following day (exactly the time my movers were scheduled to arrive to help unpack). Pick-up again became more complicated then it should have been when a roll-back truck (no forklift) was sent to pick up the empty containers from my driveway. With no way for such a large truck to access the cubes in my driveway, trucks were again sent our quite late in the evening to pick up the cubes. I will say that the local manager for the ABF dispatch did come out and personally apologize for the issues that we experienced which I really appreciate.. Bottom line, I would still probably use ABF and their relocubes again for a long distance move, just expect that delivery and pick-up may not go as planned.

The office scheduling team was courteous and offered helpful suggestions. They reminded me they weren't open Saturdays and Sundays. We were able to have our container loaded and packed on Friday afternoon which only took two hours. Our container arrived on Wednesday afternoon at our destination. We were able to preschedule moving help and they arrived Thursday morning. Our trailer was picked up later that same day. We were away so we gave them the gate code. The company was wonderful to deal with and they were able to work around our schedule. We would definitely use them again.

The relocube company informed me a one bedroom sapartment with the items I had should fit in the cube so I had to obtain a second one cube added cost.

What ever time you schedule the trailer to be delievered, don't count on it being on time.

This was our second time using Upack relocubes. Since we didn't have a home yet at our new location the extra paid storage option was a plus. Delivery driver was excellent and put the cubes on our street right where we asked. Only downside was some confusion on picking up the full cubes so I would recommend following up on scheduling the pickup.

U-Pack did a fabulous job moving my goods from MD to CO. Their phone service answered all my questions and efficiently scheduled my trip. They provided a written "moving plan" that had all the information I needed for the whole extent of the move (phone numbers at pickup and delivery sites, what size lock to use, what types of ropes and moving blankets to get, etc.) The Cube was delivered on time and was in great condition (not dirty or crushed). The delivery guy did a great job placing the Cube exactly where I wanted it and showing me how to work the doors. ABF picked up the Cube within 3 hours (!) of my call. I was able to track the Cube every minute. The Cube was delivered to CO 2 days ahead of schedule! Drop off occurred on the day I wanted, and the Cube was picked up the day after I unloaded it. All my goods were in perfect condition. I choose ABF based mainly on price, but their customer service was so exemplary I would use them again at any price.

Great service with the delivery and pick up of the cubes. However, we had some damage to our furniture due to shifting in the cubes while in transport.

These folks were wonderful! They understood that we needed extra time to get the cubes loaded, so they delivered them on Thursday so we had the whole weekend to get loaded. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great company, easy to use and very friendly. The truck was 28 ft. I didn't think we'd use it all but we did! The guys that dropped off and picked up the trailer were friendly and nice, answered my questions and were very professional. Customer service was great and so was dispatch. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. The cost was less than half of what PODS offered! Highly recommended!

ABF was the perfect option. Trailer was clean, customer service was excellent, a friend had used them before, and I would use them again.

The man that set up the told me that he would schedule the movers to assist. This did not get done. When i called in for assistance the call center offered none and has yet to respond to my request for the call recording. Drop off in Fargo was timely and pick up. It was delivered a day earlier than expected``with only half hour notice.

I will be using this company again in a few months.
