I had a great experience working with ABF Upack. It definitely made my move easier and way less stressful! The steps for coordinating pickup and delivery of the relocate were very straightforward and all of the people I encountered with the company were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service, especially to anyone moving long distances.

They don't farm our their shipping like other cube companies so I highly recommend. 100% accurate with all their tasks and estimates.

Cheaper than using an actual moving or freight company and everything about the process was explained well, straight forward, no hidden fees or surprises. Really appreciated how flexible they were about delivering the relocube to my new place. I had to delay the delivery for an extra week but there was no extra charge, and they told me to take as much time as I needed to unload the relocube once it was delivered. The items in my pod didn't seem to shift much even though they traveled over 3000 miles. Very pleased and would definitely use them again.

My condo complex has a fountain roundabout entry and is part of a cluster of other condo complexes, so access with a large truck is very difficult (if not impossible). I was thrilled to discover that UPack delivers its cubes with a forklift for maneuverability and finessing placement. John, the driver, was generally familiar with my location, so he knew to park his rig on the main road and shuttle the two cubes about three blocks to their resting place in a single parking spot. He happened to also pick up the cubes and waited a few minutes for me to stash just one more box before waving goodbye. I am storing a cube in Oakland before having it transported to Tucson, so my move isn't yet complete. However, based on my experience so far, I would definitely use them for another move. Notes: 1) You can specify a morning or afternoon 4-hour window for the drop off, but not for pick-up; 2) you can use one of those round, hard to cut/break locks rather than what is specified in the move plan that they email to you.

Have used this company many times in moves from East to West and West to East. They make moving simple and fast and my items always arrive safe and I damaged. Customer Service is outstanding from initial contact through drop off, pickup, and delivery. Just so easy to work with them. Used other rentals and moving companies but absolutely nothing compares to ABF Relocubes for cost, efficiency and ease.

Good service from UPack. They were flexible and I was able to order up a 2nd ReloCube. There was some confusion with the Oakland dispatch, though, on telling me things different from what the national office told me in terms of same-day pickups. The Portland end of things went very smoothly. They delivered as promised, on time!

I ordered 3 containers and they were delivered as scheduled and picked up as scheduled. The drivers were friendly and placed the containers just as I wished. Online and telephone staff were helpful and all went just as I had hoped.

The delivery driver was very friendly and considerate of our space. He placed the containers exactly where we wanted them.

Excellent, efficient, delivered and picked up trailer per our request promptly.

So far they seem to be doing a good job, but we haven't even had them move the stuff yet.

Wonderful customer service at all locations. I appreciated that they worked with us and did everything to accommodate our needs. The trailers were in good condition and the drivers arrived on time. We have not unpacked our trailer's yet so I can not speak to the condition of belongings upon arrival. That is for another review.

Armondo arrived on time with trailer, picked it up on time..everything seamless, super nice guy. Upack stored my packed trailer, reasonable price, & everything arrived back to me exactly as it was packed, untouched, secure, nothing broken. We used 2 trailers. Customer service on both ends was amazing and had no problems there at all. We had to store our belongings in the trailers (2) for about 2 weeks at our destination location. The whole process was very easy. I gave only 4 stars because one of the trailers was older and had repair patches in the roof - the other was noticabley newer. The older one left our belongings very dirty, dusty and a little damp inside in a few places after the long trip and storage. The newer one was fine. I would use them again if I had to but would try to get newer ones.

Arrived on time and made an extra effort to park the truck exactly how and where we needed it parked in order to load it easier.

U-Pack was amazing with the delivery of the containers. Our apartment complex manager was difficult to work with, and refused to let us use two parking stalls. The UPack delivery person navigated 2 Relocubes into a single parking stall, opening the containers at both ends without affecting neighboring vehicles.

Way better than American Van Lines.

Good value for the money. Even after upgrading insurance (which I ended up not needing) and paying extra for a confirmed 3 day delivery date, Upack was significantly cheaper than the competition. Our stuff arrived quickly and in fine condition.

Excellent pods and were move as I wanted

The relocubes were excellent! They arrived on time and were picked up as scheduled. I would like to caution that the amount of space needed may be calculated conservatively. Per the site directions, I had scheduled two cubes for my two-bedroom townhouse (no couch or dinning table and chairs) but I ultimately needed three cubes. The third cube was delivered the following day and all went well.

Deliveries were well communicated and on time. Excellent service from all the drivers.

Price was good. However one of the cubes leaked during transport and ruined several of my items. Not sure how the claims process will be but I will try that route first.

Upack was awesome! Great value, very easy, good communication, and plenty of time to load and unload. I would use Upack again for long distance moves, hassle free, door to door service and I prefer the containers with the hard sides to the soft sides.

Received my furniture today and everything was in good shape, no problems.

I took the advice of the person on the phone about how many containers I would need - turns out I needed twice as many. Because I needed 2 more delivered, I lost my window for expedited delivery. Not only that, they were supposed to pick up the first two cubes and deliver the other 2 at 4 pm but their truck broke down so they didn't get there until 8. At least 3 of the shipping cubes were in rough shape, having a bunch of Bondo repairs to hold them together. I hope my stuff makes it intact!

Using U-Pack was the cheapest option I came across by far. It was less than half the cost of renting a truck and driving it the 1000 miles myself. I was generally happy with the customer service. However, when the driver was delivering the trailer to my residence, he drove the it into a ditch, causing all of my belongings to crash and smash around inside the trailer. Thankfully, I had put tie-downs in place, wrapped and boxed my stuff fairly well, and packed the trailer very strategically so very few items were destroyed. However, many more items did sustain some form of damage, and the potential avalanche of incredibly heavy items being held back by some tie-downs was really dangerous and tricky to unload. Furthermore, the insurance provided by U-Pack is essentially worthless. The insurance reimburses you $0.10 per pound; so yeah, that means that something that weighs 10 pounds will get you back one whole dollar. In sum, U-Pack was a relatively inexpensive option with essentially no accountability. If you use them, I recommend securing your belongings to the best of your ability.

My origination experience was not good but the destination experience rocked it. Timely, efficient, and courteous. I would like to say that the manager at the origination local dispatch was very kind and did everything he could to help me.

The containers are very well built and drivers are well informed.

ABF drivers were friendly and flexible on both ends. When I called in the morning to tell them the container would be ready for pick up in the afternoon, they came and took it that day.

I was very pleased with the whole experience of moving my possessions from Oklahoma to West New York in a Relocube. The deliveries and pick ups at both locations were timely and professional and everything arrived in perfect condition.

little late getting started but we got the cubes unloaded and the driver was back within an hour of unpacking to take them away. our management company appreciated not having the cubes stay overnight.

They are good but took 8 days instead of 5 business days ,otherwise they were good, also I had confusion while talking because they transfer call to 7 people to get detail about my container.

Communication was better than Pods. I was able to be more specific about pick up and drop off times. Notifications sent regularly for location of cube in transit. Drop off and pick up went smoothly and timely.

delivery in both states was as promised. Driver kept in contact for final delivery at final destination.
