I was expecting a low to the ground container, not a chest high tractor trailer which tore up the yard. The ramp was broken and unsafe, the interior was greasy so a lot of my stuff was ruined. And they didn't provide packing blankets. Not impressed.

ABF was absolutely awesome to work with. I would highly recommend.

It looked like the ABF driver went off-roading. Many things were damaged.

The truck took less than the time they originally told us, which was great! They delivered the truck in a timely manner and picked it up the same day after we unloaded!

Overall excellent way to move. However, they didn't ask of we had a useable driveway for the truck when I booked the trailer over the phone. I wish they would have asked that, and also told my of the liability risks we take to keep it on the street. Everything turned out fine, but I wish it would have come up on the phone before we had the trailer dropped off. They are very flexible, and it is one of the simplest ways to move.

Easy to use. Loved the tracking feature. However no staff on weekends so can be difficult to schedule a delivery.

I was extremely happy with ABF U-Pack! From the first telephone call to the last (just yesterday) working with the company has been a pleasure. They were on time with each delivery/pick-up, clear with estimates, driving time from coast to coast and easy to work with. My move was quite hectic with several last minute changes - but ABF was terrific with each interaction. I give them my highest recommendation and will use them the next big move I have.

While very professional, there seemed to be a breakdown with the internal communications. I had to call twice to get the trailer picked up from my house because they had no record of my call. A tad frustrating, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Definitely go with ABF U-Pack if you are looking to save on your moving expense.

You pack was great. Very easy to deal with. Customer service was awesome. Delivered the trailer on time and picked up on time. They worked with me on delivery date and even picked up the trailer the same day they delivered. They where cheap and a great service to deal with.

I had a great experience with ABF upack. I loaded/unloaded at the terminal which was much cheaper than leaving at my house. The people at the terminal were also very nice.

ABF did what they said they would do when they said they would. Drivers & dispatchers were easy to work with and reliable.

We've used ABF before and it always works out well. Easy to pack up the trailer etc. First time doing it with hireahelper movers and it made it much easier.

Loved the service and the cost. The only regret I have is not shipping more through ABF and not properly tying down what I did ship. Things move around, people! When I'm ready for my next move, I'm going ABF, ropes, and straps!

After checking with almost every moving company in the area, U-Pack had the best rates! Also, delivery time was 4 to 6 days! Amazing when all of the other moving companies said it could take up to 21 days! There were absolutely no issues what so ever! I would highly recommend U-Pack!

Excellent service overall because it came with very short notice.

Great price, company was easy to deal with, guy who dropped trailer at our house had a sit down chat with my son about moving, guy dropping trailer at our new house took it down a mountain and backed into a tiny drive.

Due to the company I hired to pack the trailer, it took much longer than e expected. I did a live loss and I t think t he driver co u msn have helped instead of sitting there for 3 hours.

Good service. On time empty trailer drop off and quick pick-up. Friendly drivers. Ramp provided as promised. The only negative is the wide destination drop off window. Even with a guaranteed delivery day, they could only tell us that our trailer would arrive between 8am and 5pm, even when we called the afternoon prior to the delivery day. They gave a better estimate the following morning.

Loved my experience with U-Pack, from getting an estimate to the delivery. Everybody was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole time. This will be the only way I would move again.

I would never recommend u pack movers again

Unbelievably professional organization. Incredibly responsive. I had originally set up to have three of their pods delivered for my move. The pods showed up exactly when they said they would. The driver was courteous and quick. Once we started to load the pods we found out that our belongings wouldn't fit. Even after our "purge," we had too much stuff. As panic started to set in, I called ABF and within 90 minutes they had a 28' trailer dropped off in front of our house. We moved everything from the 2 1/2 pods that had been filled to the trailer. That same afternoon ABF had the pods picked up and we finished loading the trailer. The cost of the trailer ending up less than a fourth pod. I can't say enough good things about ABF!

Pretty good other than the trailer leaked.

The trailer is nice, my only problem is that they said they would bring it between 8-12 and they were late, which was almost a disaster because I had movers coming at 1
