The guy delivering the POD knew his stuff and explained important information to me.

They arrived way before the expected time which caused them to have to park the POD away from my apartment and it cost me more to get things loaded. Luckily the moving guys from ABBA movers LLC were great.

I've used PODS three times. First time I ever had damage. Called to report it and they said they'd get back in 48 hrs. Five days and still waiting.

They were great for the move. would use them again.

The PODs were delivered as promised and on time. The driver was respectful of the surroundings and placed the PODs as requested, with a smile.

The driver arrived within the time frame. He was very courteous and helpful with information about the Pod container. The container was in great condition. He showed me how to close the door and put on the padlock. Whenever dealing with customer service they were always helpful and very courteous. Would recommend.

POD storage is definitely the way to do a move. Our POD was able to be delivered the next day and the driver called ahead of time to confirm the placement on our driveway. We packed up the POD with the help of 2 hired loaders and scheduled the pickup of the POD to storage quickly and easily.

The POD leaked while it was sitting in my driveway and many pieces of furniture was wet. The drawers of the entertainment center was saturated and all the books and puzzles in the drawer could not be salvaged. My granddaughter spent close to an hour trying to dry it out with a blow dryer. Queen mattress was wet. My china cabinet that is over 40 years old had water in it. The company wanted pictures of everything but how do you have time for that? The roof of the POD was cracked and the lip of the roof that comes down over the sides had come detached on both ends and a few places on each side. At this point I would never recommend PODS to someone no matter the convenience.

We chose PODS to simplify the moving and storage of our things for a few months. From start to finish the folks at PODS were great to work with. We had excellent customer service and they answered all of my questions effectively. It was quite easy to schedule and retrieve the POD when it was needed.

Good: Easy to work with re: getting quote and scheduling, decent price compared to others, drop-off/pick-up was exactly when expected. Bad: Some items got wet and ruined during cross-country trip. Drop-off driver was very careful to avoid plants next to driveway, and ensure POD was level and easy to access. Customer service staff is very nice on phone.

i was quoted one price but seem each time i called there was a new added price. i did ask for one price over all that i thought i was givin after being loaded up and pretty much stuck i had too pay more money over all also found new charge on my visa that was not explained too me i am not happy about that

In Boston they accommodated us with same day drop-off and pick-up service. In San Francisco, our items arrived unscathed, and they helped us coordinate permits with the city. Super helpful!

PODS drivers are excellent. They are kind and courteous and kept us informed of their arrival times. PODS staffing very helpful.

PODs was timely in their delivery and pick up and communicated great through the process.

I researched online and was planning on going with U-haul, but I had a few more questions that needed answered. When I called to get an estimate from PODS I got the entire price, but when I called U-haul I got an estimate that did not include everything ( lady I talked to repeatedly told me during the call this price does not include everything.) I am so glad I went with POD. From the time I booked until they picked up the empty POD from my destination they were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I knew what to expect and they delivered. I would highly recommend them if you are planning on moving. Also, I used their service online to book some movers to unload and they were just as good.

both drivers the man on the Charlottesville side (lost this guys card) and Matt the driver on the Cincinnati side were super all our stuff came out in great shape watched over well on time both times and we needed to extend the storage an extra 2 weeks this was easy

Delivery time was 7:30am-11:30am but did POD was not delivered until 1:30pm. Otherwise the POD experience was really terrific. Great crews on both ends of the move and telephone support was superb! Would use them again!

not happy with their customer service and organization

There was water in the back of the Pod that we had to clean up and the door was extremely difficult to open. Delivered on time and where we requested.

They came when scheduled and did what was needed. It would have helped to be able to draw a pic showing the placement and direction of the POD. It was pointed the wrong way b/c I was confused.

Don't do it unless you own your driveway and can allow a 24 hour window for pickup and delivery. Closed on Sundays.

The driver was fantastic! However, I did not ask about how to access my POD once it gets stored..my bad. It was a real surprise to find out I can't get to my stuff on Sunday - the office is CLOSED!! What's with that? Also hours for access are 7:30 to 3:30. How does that serve people who work? closed on Wednesday, but at least that's understandable.

Anthony in South Carolina was great! Gentleman who delivered in Florida was great as well! They both did a remarkable job.

For the conditions, PODS works well for me.

PODS has a great process! Everything went beautifully. Unfortunately, we underestimated the size needed, and had to rent a U-Haul truck at the last minute, and will need to get an additional unit at the destination location. Otherwise excellent! I've used PODS several times and will continue to do so~

The PODS personnel have been very helpful and worked with us in placing the PODS containers in the most advantageous locations for loading and unloading. I will be using PODS to complete our move and would recommend them to others.

Great and easy to use!

The PODs team - whether on the phone or Container drivers - is polite, thorough and very well organized. They adjusted well to several changes we made. They kept in touch - both on the phone and on email and, they kept us in the loop for everything.

PODs are great if you don't know where you are moving or when, because they offer flexibility. Other than that I would prob use a traditional mover.

3rd time using PODs for a move and it's the way to go. Really is so much easier to pack on your own time and have them do the driving. Also the option of storage is great as our first move our house wasn't ready, with a moving truck I don't know what we would have done!
