Process is just starting but has so far has been a positive experience.

originally hired mayflower, but there was an issue with the drop off and pick up aspect, so i needed a container quick. PODS was available when i needed it. they also turned out to be over $500 cheaper. everything went smooth. if i move cross country again, PODS will be the first i call, not the last

PODs was on time and kept me informed. It was as extremely well coordinated effort.

PODS provided accurate information over the phone, service was helpful, containers were delivered and pick up timely with notice before arriving. Would recommend.

The jury is still out on the PODS. One of the PODS has signs of water damage, so I'm hoping my stuff stays dry. I'll know when I go to get my stuff out.

THE POD GUY CAME AND IN FACT TOLD ME ABOUT MISSING EYES , WHAT DID I KNOW , I'M A GIRL SO WHEN THE PACKERS CAME THEY TOLD ME THEY NEEDED EYES TO TIE UP MY STUFF ,OHHHH THAT'S WHAT THE POD GUY MEANT, SO I HAD TO RUN AND BUY SOME... THE POD SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO MY HOME WITH MISSING PARTS NEEDED FOR MOVING , LET ALONE THE POD GUY POINTING THEM OUT!!!! OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS OK.

Didn't move, just used to store things. Pods are okay. The inside is a bit less clean than you would expect. -- Just raw wood.

POD Delivery was on time and very courteous driver.

First, the driver who delivered my POD informed me that the POD would occupy two (2) parking spaces once placed, not the one (1) that was indicated by the person to whom I spoke on the phone when I set up delivery. This was an inconvenience to others at my apartment complex, and it would have been helpful to know this in advance. Then, the recommended POD was not large enough to hold my household goods. I had to give away and leave many items behind at the apartment because the POD was packed tight and I had no way to move the remainder of the items on short notice. The packers/loaders informed me, and having since spoken to other POD users myself, I discovered that this underestimation of space is a common situation. This is really unacceptable customer service. It seems to me that on two such important points, the sales team needs to be better informed of the logistics of the POD process and the packing needs of the customer. While the ability to pack and move your goods at your own convenience is extremely helpful, I found the necessity to dispose of so many of my possessions very distressful. To leave behind well over $1000 worth of goods in replacement value during an already stressful time such as moving to a new state, was unnecessary. Knowing what I now know, I might consider using PODs again for general convenience, but I would increase the size recommended and be aware that two parking spaces are required for the duration it is parked at your location.

Pod service and employees were great. I was very satisfied.

I would recommend S&L Moving for the service of unloading a POD container. Their estimate on the amount of time to unload was right on target. S&L kept me informed throughout the planning process and arrived on time and prepared. The movers were polite and careful.

Size of storage container and moving and storage of the container was seamless. Our only complaint with PODS is the billing process. Multiple billings and vague descriptions made it hard to follow. Over billed and had to make multiple phone calls to get corrected.

No complaints thus far.

I am reviewing PODS on another site.

Brought wrong pod, fixed within an hour, but i still had to book a new mover. Missed pick up of empty pod and were rude and strangely unprepared to deal with that situation.

I highly recommend these packers as they were efficient and worked hard to complete the job in a timely fashion. The Lead man was very knowledge about how to pack the household items.

Was told the pod would be stored Ina temp controlled area. Could not have been the case. There was obvious heat damage

The move went as seamless as can be. They dropped off early, picked up early at both locations always calling ahead to see if it was OK to do so. All my items were in the condition that I had left them. Mad Props to the Podzilla technology.

PODS was a great way to move my things and store them for a short time while I was in transition. The delivery and pick up was easy and fast, and the drivers courteous and helpful. When the POD was delivered after being transported halfway across the country, the driver made sure the door opened before he left. It was great!

Very smooth experience. Contacting their customer service was always a good experience. I had access to the PODs just as they said, giving 24 hour notice. I also had a few musical instruments stored over and I retrieved them with no problems at all...very pleased. I would definitely use PODs again.

Pods took very long to deliver my POD, longer than they promised. And then took even longer to pick it up after I called them. I would not recommend them unless you are in no hurry to get your stuff back.

The PODs experience went very well. I was kept informed throughout the process with periodic updates, and the website made it very easy for me to make payments and to check on status. The unit arrived at the promised time, and the driver (Michael) was very courteous and friendly.

Love PODS. Very convenient. My only concern this time is that prices have gone up considerably.

Not as simple and quick as originally planned for. You are at the mercy of their delivery schedule especially if you are not able to schedule all of the pick ups and drop offs way in advance.

The POD was clean, delivered on time, and convenient. I was even able to reschedule its pick up the night before since we were not done packing it.

PODS was perfect for us. We moved to Germany in 2009 and needed someplace to store the majority of our stuff. PODS was simple to book. When we returned from Germany we added some stuff to one partially full POD and rented and additional. They mad it easy for us to add to the POD and rent another. When we finally rented a townhouse delivering the PODS one at a time allowed us to move in slowly over a week. We would us them again.

They pick up and delivery on time. Our things still in good conditions after transfer. Will recomend.

We booked over the phone. They were very professional and were accommodating in changing our order when we needed less containers. The equipment was clean and all items arrived in good condition. I would recommend them for the price and customer service.

Dealing with PODS over the phone and online was very good. The driver that dropped off was good, but the driver that dropped off in FL was surly.

-booked over the phone, no issues -on the phone no issues, but service at drop off was bad, left skid marks on new pavement driveway -don't know about price comparison, done in a hurry -was in a hurry, so just saw ads and took the first company -the condition of the ood was absolutely filthy and had clearly been overturned before being delivered, as the contents were strewn about and glass cabinets were broken -ended up choosing pods because of limited time -never, ever, will use them again. Have told all my friends not to use them either. -had insurance on precious items of my recently passed mother in the the pod, but when I filed the claim, they said they could not find "proof" that the pod had overturned (pods didn't record it of course), and gave me nothing. HORRIBLE COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN.

booking was very easy over the phone,and their customer service was really good. Price wise compatible, POD was in good condition. We choose this company, because they made it very easy, and we had time to fill the POD at our pace, and we didn't have a place yet on the other side, so it was convenient to place our POD in their storage unit close to the area where we were going to live. Would use them again. Customer service and the guy who delivered the POD in WA was very nice and good in explaining how the best way was to pack. Very helpful! We would definitely use them again

The PODS were great, the guy that delivered them was very nice and professional. I booked online and over the phone when I had questions. It all went well for delivery but when it came time for them to come back and pick up the PODS that I had emptied the same day (within about 1 hour), I made the call immediately to set up a time/day for the pick up, it took them 3 days to come back. That was 3 days that I couldn't use my garage since they were parked in front of the door.
