Again, the PODS were easy to schedule and the person that I talked to when I started this move was very professional. He was able to answer all of my questions about storage, costs, and delivery timeframes. Very pleased.

I was downsizing from a 2 bed 2 full bath to a 1 bed 1 full bath. The only large furniture I had was an extra deep queen mattress and a dresser. Everything fit and there was tons of extra space. Easy pick up and delivery of the POD. Would use it again.

3rd PODS in 2 years. This way offered the most flexibility for my needs.

Container is refurbished, also the lock wasnt provided, the driver was very nice and put it in the exact spot requested.

Overall good performance

So far, so good -- trailer will not be received and unloaded for two months yet.

They did a solid job except for one issue at the end where the mis-scheduled my delivery.

Pods was a reliable company although a bit on the pricey side

PODS is good in relation to making things pretty easy, especially for someone who is not going from A to B in the same day or even week. Being able to keep my stuff in the POD for up to a month is super helpful as my final destination did not become finalized until after my stuff was packed up. The only downside is that I will have to pay an additional fee because my final zip code changed. I will pay an additional 200.

Nice drivers, but poor communication from the company throughout the process. For example: Awakened at 6 a.m. one morning by a computer telling us our first POD was about to be delivered at our house a mile away. We rushed there only to get a text that the regular schedule was back on track for noon. Arrival times were often off by several hours. Storage warehouse had no one in the public office to tell us how to access our PODS. There was no way to summon anyone and we’d been given no phone number or other way yo contact them. We literally had to wander around the dark warehouse until we bumped into someone. This happened both times we scheduled accessing our 3 PODS. Billing was confusing and inaccurate. We would not use PODS again. Cost below is inaccurate because they wouldn’t post my review when I wrote it cost $19000 for our move.

This rating is on the 1st Pod. From the customer service to the delivery driver. Excellent. The movers also excellent! The Podzilla was truly a fun experience to watch.

I would have liked a POD just a tad bigger. It said it fit a small home… I only took 2 bedrooms and a credenza plus home contents… it was too small.

I'm not going to write a hugh review. The transportation option worked well. The POD was in good condition. Their customer service was very good for booking. They dropped off my POD to be packed but haven't picked it up yet because of the issues with VIP Movers, they will drop off my POD at a later time.

There was a delay with the PODS delivery. Cape Fear Provisioners were exteme;y flexible and accommidating with the necessary scheduling changes.

PODS is an excellent change fro U-Haul. They always inform you, several times, of important dates and times. If you have any questions or concerns, someone always answers the phone.

PODS is really convenient because they drop off and pickup wherever you need, and you don't have to be there. Best of all, you aren't driving a U-haul across the country. However, it was difficult to schedule my pick-up dates with a short turnaround because their schedule is quite full. I recommend scheduling each drop off and pickup right away when you sign up with them.

They did not estimate very well how many pods I needed. It left us with no choice but to rent a truck for additional items that did not fit.

Overall the experience was excellent and they performed to expectations. The billing was a little off and they failed to provide the blankets that where quoted.

Everything went smoothly and exactly as scheduled. No issues with the load shifting and no breakage.

Our Driver was delivery and pickup driver was amazing!

Using shipping containers like PODS allowed me the flexibility I needed. I could ship my furniture and other items to my new home, and it will be waiting for me when I finally got there. I needed extra time to prepare my old home for sale and take care of other details. The hardest part for me was to determine how much container space I needed. The PODS customer service rep was very helpful in discussing options available.

They were very attentive to the schedule and arranging all of the details for the drop off of the POD, pick-up and delivery. All of the workers were friendly and super professional!

Their dates don't always coincide with the dates needed, lots of regulations. Had to speak with someone for an hour each time I called. Cumbersome. You have to depend on friends, family and neighbors for loading and unloading unless you are all packed and can hire a helper.

We used their "City Service" as our driveway was too skinny to work for a POD delivery and leaving it on the street had too many complications with our city. The driver who brought over our POD was very friendly and accommodating and worked well with the people we hire to load it up. That process went well and we felt good about leaving our items in their care as he took it to the storage unit nearby until we ultimately have it moved to another state.

They were late with the Pod delivery by a couple of hours but it did not impact the loading
