The PODs were clean and came on time and were taken on time. The drivers were professional and accurate in placint the PODs. If I had a complaint it was with customer service. Some of the information provided did not seem to apply to the real world. E.G., I was told that my city required a permit to put a POD on the street. When I checked with the city, it turned out that was only true if I blocked a lane, not if I put them in the parking place in front of my house. Also, they were not very good of providing timely invoices. I almost broke my credit card limit because ot this lapse.

I would highly recommend PODS. I called other moving companies which were more than twice the cost for less services. With PODS, I was able to pack the units and store my belongings until I had them shipped from CO to TX. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The drivers were all very courteous, and on time during each leg of the move.

PODS never failed me throughout my entire move. Their staff was knowledgeable, clear and concise, and made sure that I understood the whole process. When I needed to change the delivery date and final pick-up of my PODS, it was very simple and executed perfectly. They were extremely easy to work with, took good care of my possessions, and when you are moving that is exactly what you are looking for in a company.

The billing system is not customer friendly & there were many mistakes made during the process.

The PODS company was easy to deal with. Pick up and delivery of the POD went smoothly and the price was competitive. Having transport and storage in one was the most convenient for our needs and saved much trouble. The cost of storage with PODs seems a little expensive, but since you get that convenience it was worth not having to move our stuff multiple times. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it.

Still in the process but everything so far has been wonderful. Customer service is great! They are always on time and do a great job!

We had the container for about 4 weeks. The company was very careful where they placed it. It was clean and I was delighted to see places to actually hang my clothes. I was delivered on time and emptied by Lucky Movers in about 3 hours.

They are great but need to be more clear on what the proper procedure is with loading the pod and having it be picked up

Excellent communications from start to finish.

Using PODS probably made this one of the easier moves I have been through. The POD agent I spoke to helped me select the correct size POD for my move, the POD arrived on time for loading and unloading, and they even arranged for final pick up of the POD the next day. The only thing that would have made the move easier would have been if it were possible to receive delivery notifications earlier than the night before. Earlier notification would have made coordinating with the people who were helping me load/unload.

Renting a POD made our life so much easier. I would do it again in a heartbeat. We had too much furniture for the largest POD offered, but it still gave us a jump start on packing. It was pricey for us being that we had to rent another truck as well but it was convenient. I would do it again.

My pods was delivered on time and the driver was very nice. He made sure the container was put in the exact place on my lot that I asked.

All work done in a very timely manner, belongings shipped with care, no damage done, personnel friendly and respectful. Would hightly recommend and use again if the need arises.

Did not removed POD when they said they would. Changed the pick up date and did not notify me. Charged extra fees.

Given that my time of delivery was, until the night before, unknown, the flexibility was great and the professional job they did was outstanding. Would definately hire them again.

The Pod is not in good shape, had to really work hard to open and lock the door. Have used them before with more positive results, but all things considered, I would use them again.

Took quite a bit to make the reservation and then had to call on the day of because the POD didn't show up on Friday!!! They managed to send one on Saturday, thankfuly. Once it got there, it was good.

PODS failed to deliver the container on time as promised. I had to call and insist on speaking to 2 supervisors to find out they had a hydraulic problem. Had they simply stated the problem, the movers could have been rescheduled and avoid the fiasco. they made me feel like I was the problem. The cost was over $3700 /3000 miles. I won't be using their service again.

Moved furniture and boxes

They said what they were going to do and did just as they said. Could not ask for more. Made the move so easy.

This is my 4th time moving across country and from now on for any move I will use PODS!!!! It's the first time that some of my stuff wasn't lost!!!

So far all I have seen with our PODS company is the delivery process, and that was very good. Tomorrow is the big day when they come to get the pods and deliver them to our new address and then to see how well the furniture handled the move. Our last pod will be delivered to our new house on Dec. 1. So my final review will really need to wait until at least Wednesday and then also by next Tuesday (Dec. 2).

Everything was as expected. Great service, especially at the local level. It was difficult to estimate how much we could place in the pod, and ended up needing to rent a truck and an storage unit.

my furniture took a beating but that is not the fault of pods; its the fault of the way it was packed.

PODS is the only way to move!!!! Best price and convenience. Very clean. Moved from Detroit to Florida. All belongings had a smooth ride on a semi-truck instead of driving it down myself and going up and down on a ramp!

Pods delivered and picked up on time

Arrived on time and placed perfectly in the driveway. We are using it for temporary storage while new flooring is being installed.

Went very well. They were flexible when I changed dates or POD size. I would use them again. The only negative is that some of their paperwork that is emailed can be somewhat confusing.

Reasonably priced, POD delivered in good condition, driver and office staff very courteous and helpful when a problem with city regulations caused a reschedule.

Everything about using a POD to move 1200 miles cross country went as POD describes it from original telephone price quote & reservation to the deliveries and pickups in both origin and destination. Recommend buying moving pads from POD (1 for each piece of furniture) to protect everything. I needed to change the dates of delivery and pickups and those changes were recorded accurately, then emailed to me. Payment process is as expected. I did not store for any amount of time; just loaded the POD, it was moved cross country, then unloaded. Use service providers to load and unload who are experienced in loading PODs and use cord to tie down. Total cost of move was $1000 less than traditional moving company fluffed up price and the transportation cost below does not include the cost of moving pads, loading or unloading labor.
