very easy experience, I booked online. customer service was very nice, and friendly. They arrived at the time t hey said they were going to, condition of the POD was excellent. I didn't even look into other companies because I heard such good reviews about this one. I would use them again.

We booked over the phone. They were very professional and were accommodating in changing our order when we needed less containers. The equipment was clean and all items arrived in good condition. I would recommend them for the price and customer service.

PODs made the whole experience very easy. Easily accessible customer service, friendly transport guys, and helpful information. A little pricey overall, but worth the cost in the savings on stress and time.

The PODS were great, the guy that delivered them was very nice and professional. I booked online and over the phone when I had questions. It all went well for delivery but when it came time for them to come back and pick up the PODS that I had emptied the same day (within about 1 hour), I made the call immediately to set up a time/day for the pick up, it took them 3 days to come back. That was 3 days that I couldn't use my garage since they were parked in front of the door.

-booked over the phone, no issues -on the phone no issues, but service at drop off was bad, left skid marks on new pavement driveway -don't know about price comparison, done in a hurry -was in a hurry, so just saw ads and took the first company -the condition of the ood was absolutely filthy and had clearly been overturned before being delivered, as the contents were strewn about and glass cabinets were broken -ended up choosing pods because of limited time -never, ever, will use them again. Have told all my friends not to use them either. -had insurance on precious items of my recently passed mother in the the pod, but when I filed the claim, they said they could not find "proof" that the pod had overturned (pods didn't record it of course), and gave me nothing. HORRIBLE COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN.

Booking the POD was easy over the phone. Customer service was excellent. Compared to full service moving, the POD was much more affordable and efficient. The trailer was in excellent condition. We used POD for a 800 mile move-full service movers were just too expensive.

Absolutely terrible. They failed to pick up on time, failed to deliver on time, couldn't track the POD to give up to date info and their insurance coverage is very bad

The pod was always on time time and very convenient. However the pick-up and drop-off fees are a bit expensive

Working with PODS was very good. The booking process was easy and straightforward, though they could have been better about explaining all the various charges and when things would be charged. The customer service people were above-average on the whole. The drivers were excellent and did a really great job. I would use PODS again.

Our first containers were placed in water and took on water the flooring was saturated but they rectified the situation quickly. At delivery, they delivered it to the wrong house. Fortunately, my new neighbors were nice and we again Pods fixed the problem promptly. It would have been better not to have these issues during such a stressful time but both were rectified quickly...and we were reimbursed some costs.

Personnel were great to deal with, but as I needed additional units, they become increasingly more expensive. Scheduling delivery on the web wouldn't work, so had to call to confirm, but the process was good and easy to deal with.

The pods worked great for what we needed. Our move schedule was not finalized until the last moment and we wee able to have them stored transported and delivered on our schedule.

POD arrived and was placed on street a couple days ago. The move will not take place for another couple of days.

Very good company. We moved and stored until we were ready. The moving companies that we got quotes from were between 4 and 5 times the price! PODS has very good customer service, and everything went without a hitch. This created peace of mind along with very good service. The computer site is easy to use and effective. We could easily keep track of everything that was happening, step by step. PODS in combination with HELPS U MOVE was an extremely good choice for us. We would highly recommend.

Pods are great but need ventilation, must get to be 200 degrees in them

So far everything has gone well, they were great with helping me figure out when to have pods delivered, where to place them and even the guy bringing it was awesome. I will say that their customer service representative, Victoria was not very understanding when I was upset that when I requested to have pods picked up before noon and the times given to me were 1115a-215p and 430p-730p. I had new people moving in at noon, she was basically "oh well, too bad...that's the time posted...and they have 110 deliveries to do" Why even give me the option to request an early time then pick latest time possible and cause me more stress??

I Would not use PODS again. Too many hidden costs. They just kept charging my credit card. I will say that The truck drivers were very polite

PODS did the job since I needed to store my belongings for about 3 weeks between moves. It was a bit of a hassle to only be able to have one at a time delivered, but that was due to the location of the new house and the space we have available to house something that large for a period of days.

This was one of the easiest cross country moves ever. PODS was great-they did an excellent job of keeping me informed on showing up exactly when they said they would. Everything arrived in perfect shape and on time!

Though they had a truck breakdown en route, causing a delay, they made up for it and managed to delay the delivery by only one day. Otherwise, they're a fine company.

The service was acceptable. I had to call multiple times to clarify certain aspects of the order which took a lot of time.

Extremely bad experience! Their 1-800 number gives you different prices depending on whom you call, their constant stream of bills is confusing and very dubious - obviously for a purpose, their representatives have no knowledge about their own procedures: different calls with different representatives always brings different answers, supervisors are not available or completely ineffective, there is no email-address where you can send complaints to, snail mail complaints in writing to their headquarters are not answered - a good advise: stay away from this company!

Due to the gap between sale of our former house and purchase of our new one, this was a must. Pods made it simple and easy for us. They were flexible and friendly. They also have these contraptions that pick up the pods that look like something from Star Wars ;) This ensured that our items were not jostled or sliding around in the containers. Very cool. Highly recommend.

For my situation where there was a big gap delay moving, it saved a huge hassle and expense. I put things in the pod over a week or two outside my house, they stored it, then I hired helpers to unpack it in an afternoon. Without PODS I would have had to pack a truck, unpack to storage, pack another truck then unpack to my house and spend a lot more money with movers. use your own lock so it's pretty much fort knox, seems like it was climate controlled as advertised as nothing seemed affected by heat/humidity after 8 months. They can drop the pod in a precise spot - impressive to watch. Kind of amazing this hasn't been around a lot longer. Also I didn't stack boxes very well yet nothing fell over... seems like they're good with how they treat your stuff.

PODS was perfect for us. We only moved 2 rooms, were able to load the POD on our schedule, a list of recommended companies to help load and unload and a reasonable price. I would use them again.

PODS dropped grease on the driveway at the destination. They didn't tell me about it, so it got tracked into my house and on my carpets. Not a great way to start.
