Drivers were professional, took care to give us the details we needed to be successful with the move and were efficient in pickup and drop off.

Great online user experience, good after-hours customer support, website was clear and they gave email and phone call confirmation at each step of the process. Price was justified for the reputation and peace of mind.

We had a great experience with UPacks Relocube service. We used two cubes for our move. The scheduling was easy and communication was clear. The drivers who delivered and picked up the cubes on both ends of our cross-country move were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

While the move turned out okay, it was stressful at times due to inflexible scheduling. I moved into a city with parking restrictions, and the company was not helpful in making sure my trailer could be dropped off in the morning and picked up before the end of the day. I managed to make it happen, but more support and understanding during the process would have been nice.

Great experience with the relocube drop off and pick up. Cube arrived as scheduled.

George delivered our trailers into our driveway with skill and ease. He placed wooden boards under the support posts to insure our driveway was not damaged. The trucks were very clean and looked fairly new.

Pods arrived in Arizona earlier than expected. The pods were delivered on the scheduled dates and picked up when asked. I would definitely use them again.

The locking interior door was broken, and we had a hard time securing our items. Communication via the phone was very good.

Extremely convenient and best price

The cubes were dropped off at our origination location during the designated time frame. The driver was careful in placing the cubes and made sure the placement was the best for our location. Transporting the cubes in a timely fashion went well and the cubes actually arrived earlier than the estimated time we were told.

THE SHOW UP ON TIME TO DROP IT OFF AS WELL AS THE PICK UP, ACTUALLY THEY CAME EARLY TO PICK IT UP.

They were prompt in dropping off and picking up the trailer. All of the people I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I have not received my belongings yet but up until now everything has gone smoothly and they’ve been very accommodating. Jacob dropped off my cubes and was very professional and helpful. I am moving across the country and UPack will be holding my belongings in storage for at least a month while I stay with friends and look for a new place.

Communication was fantastic and always available to answer questions.

The pickup and dropoff were a little unpredictable, and the trailer was not in great shape -- leaky roof, splintering bulkhead, etc. But the price was better than competitors.

I am very satisfied with my move through UPack and would recommend them. The container arrived and was picked on time, it was easy to coordinate with the movers, and the company provided updates at each step.

The Cubes were dropped off and picked up exactly when they said they would. The transit time was actually quite a bit faster than they originally predicted. UPack made the move very simple.

I must have called the company a half dozen times due to complications with moving logistics in my city. I also had to last minute change the loading location and add an additional cube. Upack was so understanding and helped me make all changes necessary. Moving cross country felt daunting but they have made it very easy.

Pods were delivered on time by a professional driver, Dropped right were I needed them. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Awesome communication, very friendly, and absolutely worth every penny! Drivers were great, dispatch super responsive, and would absolutely use them again!

Only hesitation issue that may be a concern; the trailer door broken sometime during the drive causing it to remain open. The bulkhead door remained locked in place. I won't know the condition of items until unloaded.

I was able to fit so much more than I ever thought possible in two cubes. The cubes arrived right on time and they were picked up right on time. Having the ability to control when the cubes arrived at my house and when they would be deposited at in my new driveway was the key to completing a successful move from Vermont to Maryland.

The containers arrived one day ahead of plan. They were delivered to be unloaded by noon. The mover helpers had the container unloaded and then the containers were picked up later the same day.

We were so surprised by how much movers were able to fit into each Relocation Cube. We even had room left over in the 4th cube to bring some things we'd thought we'd need to leave behind. Cube delivery and pickup was very easy, and 4 cubes fit easily on our driveway. We chose this option in part b/c we needed storage until we found new housing, and this was a great solution for moving + storage!
