I would recommend UPack in a heart beat! They were on time to drop off our trailer for loading on time and drop off for unloading a day before to accommodate up. The manager was very accommodating and we had no problems. We highly recommend UPack.

They were late picking up and late (7+ hours) bringing it to me. But we're very friendly and had great customer service and got our truck to us safely. Will be using them again.

Mark and Mike et. al were completely marvelous in getting my cube set up for delivery and pick up. They were swift to troubleshoot why my loaded cube wouldn't close and it had to do with weight distribution and the angle the cube was placed (which was for the convenience of the loaders - not a problem in the least). This is my third move with ABF/Relocube and while I plan on staying in AZ for a really long time, I know who to call should those plans change. Best transportation company EVER! And I have used others that are completely subpar to ABF. When you know better, you do better! ;)

The pods worked great. The people I hired to load them loaded them very poorly and some of my stuff ended up being destroyed but this is not upacks fault. It is the fault of my movers because they didn't use ANY straps like I asked them to. I only found out after the stuff got here that they didn't. Make sure you watch the people loading your stuff like a hawk and correct them when they don't use any straps and you won't have issues. The containers were waterproof as far as I could tell. We had them loaded in Portland and it rained a lot on them but I do not see water damage on anything. We had the containers delivered to the warehouse location as they could not deliver them to exactly where we were going to move to.

I used these in February 2021 for my cross country move. I had absolutely no issues from start to finish and everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person when they were delivering or picking up were friendly and helpful. I would use again.

Aside from some frustrations around communicating when I could ask them to pick up the pod (they won't pick it up unless you say it's full/empty, but I was filling it over the weekend and their transport companies don't answer the phones on the weekends), it went great. Easy, right on time, able to placed where I needed it at both ends of the trip.

Personnel at both ends were top notch. Moving is stressful and these folks help in so many ways. I recommended my sister use ABF when she moves this spring.

Did not get the truck there when I was told it was going to be there

i have never moved so far before. The ABF people were very helpful and very patient. I moved in 3 segments and during Covid. My final segment dates changed a lot of times and the ABF folks just hung in there till i could get it all worked out. I would highly recommend them for any move. They were great.

Quite the positive experience. After some anxious preparation for the move, the driver arrived with the relocubes and proceeded to calmly explain he could accommodate any placement I wanted. Within a few minutes the 5 cubes were placed efficiently on the driveway and he was gone. Upack maintained communications with me and kept me in the loop. Loaders packed 4 cubes and I called for pick up. Driver returned while we were out and called to let me know he'd picked up the load and "Good Luck on the Move"! Above and beyond. I was told to expect 3-5 days before goods would arrive at destination. Two days later they had arrived. I hadn't even left for destination yet. When I got to new city, I called AFB/Upack. They worked with me to schedule arrival with unloader schedule. Cubes again arrived as agreed with this driver as attentive as the first! Thanks very much. Cubes were unloaded and picked up the next day! Excellent service. Highly recommended!

UPack and the Old Dominion crew were outstanding!

They arrived as indicated and explained everything clearly on the phone so I knew what to expect. The bulkhead doors were very heavy and hard to muster. The ramp was extremely heavy and we couldn't get it in.

Ordered the cubes, they arrived on time and the driver was most accomodating with placement and made the stress dissolve. Thanks very much. He also called me when he picked up the load two days later and wished us good luck on the move. Awesome service!

I could not be more impressed. Container delivery and retrieval at both ends of the move were prompt. The move itself was faster than originally estimated. Very pleased with the service.

UPack was easy to deal with. However, they tell you to call a day ahead to schedule a time to deliver for both drop-off and pick-up, but both times they tell you to call back several times.

Upack exceeded my expectation 100%. After reading reviews, I must admit that I was skeptical. Lets face it, moving across country is stressful to say the least and I combed the reviews with a very fine tooth comb. In the end I took the plunge and just did it and so glad I decided to go with upack. They allowed me to keep coming back to the facility to fill up the cube as I had plenty of space left after the movers finished loading what they were able to load from the uhaul truck. Customer service for UPACK is unbeatable! Much much better and cheaper than PODS. PODS costs was nearly double and the customer service reps were less than desirable despite the awards they say they have received. It musty have gone to their heads. The fact that UPACK will allow you to order as many cubes as you think you need and not pay for any that you don't end up using was amazing. It allowed me to be able to tip the driver that delivered the cubes to my new residence pretty good and he was extremely grateful and happy. I would use UPACK again and again! I can't recommend them high enough. Also being able to track where my cubes were along the way was amazing. I wasn't left wondering where things were in the process. It took exactly 5 business days and that allowed me to comfortably drive across country and get tpo my new residence and further prep for the cubes to arrive. Nothing really shifted too much. Only one item was broken and that was because of the way it was packed by the guys that loaded the cube. My father was able to fix that once I arrived at my new residence...so ALLLLL good! Please ignore all of the less than favorable reviews and realize that alot of factors go into people's items being broken, the number one reason is that people don't know how to pack. Buy heavy duty boxes and padding, bubble wrap, etc. I see pictures of people items VERY poorly wrapped. Take time and pack your things like you care about them and stop blaming a truck that is naturally going to experience bumps in the road, etc. That's YOUR fault - not UPACk's.

Dealing with ABF UPack was great. We used a 26Ft Container.

Fine. ABF was really great in Seattle, less so in Newburgh.

It was a perfect move.. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Very nice, prompt and professional

Delivered as promised, on time, according to contract. Their storage fees are high, but we knew that signing up for them. Our entire interaction with them was excellent. They even delivered for us as scheduled even though it was a day off.

ABF was great. UPack was horrible.

RELOCUBES are the JAM! You only pay for what you use, they are easy to pack and load, and they made our move SUPER affordable!

I lived in a 450 sq foot apartment and downsized my furniture to one full size bed, one table, and four nightstands plus maybe 50 boxes. It barely fit into one cube- but it fit.
