Monthly rental was confusing. I had storage for less than 30 days but paid for 2 months. I stored my pod last 2 weeks of May, and 1st week of June. So I had to pay for both months.

PODS was a lifesaver. I don't know what our move would have been like without them. We sold our house and weren't sure where we would be moving to. We were able to move all our belongings to PODS and have them stored for 4 months until we found our new home in another state. The pickup and delivery experience was painless and our belongings arrived in perfect condition.

Excellent experience. PODS is an effective and efficient way to move. Their follow up on details is impressive. This was our second pods move and we will use them again for the next move.

POD was the best moving experience I've ever had. Simply the easiest experience imaginable. No major damage to any of my belongings (hire professional helpers to pack it). The drivers were tremendous (Elroy in Seattle).

Had there not been an issue with cost differential from one zip code to another with miles of each other, we would have given 5 stars for PODS. The typical 800 number run around and the website is not reflective of reality of where our POD truly was.

Probably the best option for a break between escrows. Really pricey though. And, no prorated rates for less than 30 days of storage. Still, what else are you gonna do?

We have not unloaded on the other end of our move. So far so good. They were on time dropping the Pods off and picking them up. Very courteous and efficient on the phone during ordering.

They've been awesome, highly recommend. Pricing was great, customer service great, containers were awesome. Only recommendation is to insure you ask what, if any, anchors are going to be inside the POD; I received older PODS that only had 6 anchors each

so far so good - it's kind of a big window they give you for delivery and pick up but it is what it is I guess.

Second pod with the same excellent results.

They had to fill the pod on the same day it was being delivered as well as being picked up. I also used them for the 2nd pod and was also very satisfied.

Trying a 1 day pick up and drop off was a nightmare

PODS customer service was very good. The call centre staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We had a bit of an issue trying to tie down the delivery time because of parking restrictions on our street, but all turned out well in the end. The delivery drivers were both very efficient, especially with their Godzilla device!

I just received the POD and haven't had it moved yet. I plan on using it for at least 3 months but not sure yet. The guy that delivered it was great!

This is the second move we've used PODS. If there's a third move, we'll use PODS again. Repeat business is the best review anyone could ask for!

Delivered the pod when/where requested. Professional. I didn't really interact with them much, the pod showed up, we loaded it, and then it disappeared. I'm assuming that they did a good job. No complaints.

I was very impressed with PODS and with my helpers. Everything turned out fine.

PODs are great but there is a logic to packing them. Hire a Helper is fine, but they need to learn how to load efficiently.

Only first half of move done. Great so far. Drop off on time. Great looking, clean POD. Pick up for move to storage on time. No fuss. Great email and phone communication.

HireAHelper customer service has been wonderful, but the moving company we chose was awful.

I used a POD to move from Pennsylvania to Florida. The container did a good job keeping the elements out. The drivers were helpful and friendly. It took 10 days for my container to arrive which included 2 weekends and Memorial Day. I think this was a little on the slow side, but all my stuff arrived the undamaged and appeared the same as I packed it which I was very pleased to see. They gave me three hour windows for both delivery and pick up and arrived towards the beginning of the window each time which was also appreciated. All in all it was a good experience.

PODS are really nice inside. Wood floors and transparent ceilings that let in tons of light. I'd probably live in one.

Great crew, transaction went smoothly, and making appointment was easy. Crew was 1-1/2 hour early to begin working which made it difficult for me to be ready for them to arrive.

PODS should inform the customers that some areas are only serviced sporadically. Because Clarksville area is only serviced on Tuesday and Thursday, I had to change my departure date to accommodate PODS around their schedule, not mine. Then, again because they only service Clarksville 2 days a week, the empty unit has been in my driveway for more than 10 days.

PODs was a good experience, cheapest out of the movers we talked to, and friendly. The driver was great, and the overage charges were reasonable. We'll see what happens when the stuff arrives...

The people that packed my property in Albuquerque obviously didn't pack things correctly. It caused some issues unpacking in Chicago.

First part meaning container delivery, movers and container pick up was great. I was extremely impressed with the entire process: timely, effective, no mess. The problem occured with my container delivery to my new place. I was given wrong information about delivery requirement, then one hour into waiting for the container I was contacted by the rudest person ever telling me the delivery was rescheduled in two days which was unaccetable for me. Eventually she managed to reschedule the delivery for the following day but there was no apology for her initial behaviour. If not for her, I'd recommend PODS wholeheartedly.

PODS container worked well, although living in an aparment buidling in the city, it is difficult to find a great parking space that allows for delivery & pickup. Be sure to check how much clearance is needed for the truck.

Second time using PODS. Will likely use them again. They make everything very easy.

They need to remind customers that some cities require permits if your POD is on any city property, such as parking spaces.
