A great alternative to keep our belongings safely stored between residences. Economical, no hidden costs, very customer friendly.

PODS came in a timely manner

PODS was great for my small parking area.

PODs met our expectations for service and reliability. The PODs were delivered, picked up, and moved across country on the days promised. The customer service was very good and we liked that you can do a chat session with a representative on the PODs website. We chose PODs after considering three companies and chose PODs based on price and reputation. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Pods is one of the really great ideas about moving to come along in quite a while, it really makes things pretty darn easy. Clean well-maintained containers, friendly people delivering them. The truck to deliver the pod also looks well-maintained. Customer service has been great if I ever need to move anything again I will certainly put pods at the top of my list. M.D. Burns

Very efficient. Came, dropped and came back and picked up. All done very professionally and the drivers were courteous, responsive and very helpful.

Overall I was happy with PODS. It served my moving needs. My only negative is having to pay extra to secure time slot.

They were just awesome helping with last minute changes at the local level, confirming plans and providing updates. Highly recommend.

Great. Everything went like clock-work. Very pleased with my first experience with PODS.

They did a good job in loading, but I had to wait till 3:30 PM for them to show up 5 and half hour late which is unacceptable.

They did a good job in moving my belongings. I felt they respected me property and were pleasant to speak with.

Not as easy to work with as I would have liked. They don't deliver on weekends. Refused to park pod in the street without a permit which the City of San Antonio had to fabricated because they don't have any such a thing. Really the quality of how your things arrive depends on how well you pack it.

I would recommend PODS. It is so much easier not to have to drive the truck w/all of your belongings especially when moving 1/2 way across the country. I don't know that I will ever move again, but would certainly use PODS

PODS on the East Coast was much more reliable and forth coming than on the West Coast.

POD container was delivered on time, was clean inside, let us take our time to load up.

PROS: I appreciated that you could do just about everything online (set up, sign, pay, etc.), if you pack it right your stuff won't move, works great if you have a private driveway and can take advantage of keeping it for several days to pack/unpack at your own pace. CONS: If you don't have a private driveway (condo or apt), the last minute notification regarding drop off/pick up time makes it nearly impossible to schedule any help loading/unloading. Busy condo/apartment complexes often don't allow them over more than one night, and it could feasibly arrive at 5:00 PM and be picked up at 8:00 AM the next morning. No control of timing in any circumstance can make this impossible for some.

Hard to downsize from 2500 to 1565 square foot home. But with PODS and Moonlight movers we were able to pack and store what we needed to move.

Both the POD and helper experience were terrific.

The delivery driver at Pods was excellent. He was on time and followed up as promised. He also made sure to place the pods based on out needs.

First time using the POD system. Our experience was terrific! Easy to schedule on website; POD arrived "on time". Driver called day of arrival informing when he would arrive. Robert, driver, took great care in positioning the POD on our driveway.The POD was clean & ready for our shipment. Two days later Robert returned & removed the POD, very carefully, for the trip to Texas storage. The POD system was exactly perfect for our needs.

It was really nice to have the flexibility of telling the pods company when to drop off the containers. Our move-in date was on a sliding scale due to some errors from our appraisal. We had to wait a few days to get in. It would've been awful to have to pay a moving company to sit and wait with our stuff in a trailer.

I was generally happy with PODS. They were very accommodating with scheduling pick up and delivery times, which was great for me. The only small problem was that unfortunately it rained while I had the POD at my residence and somehow a small amount of water got into the inside. It didn't do any major damage, but it was a little concerning that more damage could have occurred. Customer service on the phone and on the internet site was very good. I really liked that they notified me of a general three hour pick up and delivery window. The drivers all seemed very nice and helpful.

My first time using a pod and didn't know quite what to expect. This system is beyond convenient, am very happy with the process.

Never used PODS before. service seem good so far. I think the telling part will be when they are delivered to me at my new place.

The gentlemen were on time. They worked very hard, but they had nothing with them to help with the move. No tools, no hand truck nothing.

Great way to move, had a chance to pack slowly over a month and didn't have to drive a large truck across the country

Have not finished the move yet. But Hire a Helper made using PODs manageable on this end.

They were very helpful to set me up and explained the process. When I did have a few problems they made sure to fix the situation as soon as possiable. I have not yet completed my entire process yet and pray it all goes well.

Pods was the best solution for our move since we needed 6 months of storage.

The verdict is still out on PODS, as my load is in transit. So far, so good....the driver who handled my PODS City Service move in Brooklyn was great. Good Luck!!!

The POD was the perfect tool for a long distance move. I packed it according to the POD video available on the internet and had not breakage or problems whatsoever. I will have to hand it to the delivery drivers. They are both experienced and creative regarding the delivery of the POD which was paramount for my success. Highly recommended!

Great cost and convenience of POD container. Great and professional driver who picked up the contained. Very professional and effective Movers- guys who helped putting everything into the container. Managed to move two bedroom apartment worth of furniture in two hours as well as pack the furniture ant tie it down with a rope in the container. Amazing.

I was amazed that even light bulbs came through the move well. The drivers were professional, and the scheduling was very flexible to adjust to our remodeling needs in our new home. The moving help we contacted through Pack & Load on one end and Hire a Helper on the other made the move significantly more manageable.

Worked well for what we needed & the 2 gentleman that loaded the POD were out of this world.. Wish they could go with the POD to unload. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of work. Steve & David were great & I can't say enough good about them..

The POD rented is 16ft. not sure if all items from a 3 bed room home will fit.

Worth the money if you know you will need temporary storage and flexibility.
